Usually rude employees but yheblasr rime was to much. At drive through had to wait at least 20 min while a employee hangs out drive through window having conversation with person in car. Horrible

I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but they seem incapable of taking more than one order at a time. The staff is always friendly, but the owners seem to think that a skeleton crew is able to manage. Not great…

The night manager is very rude on the phone does not listen to anyone all I did was call and ask if the grill was on cuz I did not breakfast he said it was a prank said he would call the cops like what dude and then yell at my wife ok u need to be fired

Whatever the folks working night shift are making, they should be paid more. They were incredibly chill, polite, and personable, and the food was served to us (we got drive-thru) promptly. The only hiccup was that we had to remind them of our beverages and my partner's burger had pickles when they had asked for them to be taken off. but the staffs demeanor more than made up for it. the food was the best burger king ive had in a while, and it was hot. also they actually salt their fries!!

How long does it take to make food? We wait in the drive thru for like at least 30 minutes. Happens everytime!
Over 50 minutes from the time we ordered. Till the time our food was delivered.

There appeared to be only 2 people working...I ordered 2 whopper with cheese. They took 25 minutes to complete my order which was fine because I was looking forward to a flaming hot burger. Sadly my burgers were NOT hot I'm being nice by saying they were warm. I couldn't eat mine not let my husband because by their temperature it felt like the frost was barely off the burger. The BK on 27th Ave w in Duluth MN has totally gone downhill...I will never go there again..and BK used to be my favorite...I was so disgusted...if I wanted a cold sandwich I'd have gone to Kwik Trip.

There were alive and dead flies everywhere. In the bathrooms, in the toilets, in the dining area, while I paid for my food one landed on my hand, they were everywhere in the kitchen area, all over the lids for drinks at self serve place. Disgusting. Food tasted fine for a few bites but I was so grossed out by the flies that I couldn’t finish it.
