Placed a mobile order. After waiting for about 10 minutes I got ready to ask an employee, and they all started looking away from me as they stood there staring at the order screen. After speaking up to get attention, the employee asked me what he could help me with. Told him about my order, and while I was giving him details on my order, he interrupted me asking for info I had just given him, and was visually showing him on my phone. After waiting another 5 minutes, another man got the same details from me, before disappearing into whatever pocket dimension these workers use to smoke weed on the clock, because not one person appeared to be sober. I understand that appearances aren't everything, but I couldn't pick one person there I would bet even $1 that they were sober in that moment. I also watched someone make a shake with a machine that had a sign reminding users to clean it after each use. The machine did not get cleaned. All in all, it was about 20 minutes. I'd say 15 too many. I only come here when my BK craving beats out the sensible part of my mind.

Ate lunch on a weekday here with my significant other. It wasn't too busy but it had picked up by the time we left. Pretty standard Burger King experience. The Impossible Whopper and fries were good.

Went to get food since it was open 24 hours and they told me they wouldn't want to take any orders but wanted that holiday pay while not doing their job, for the people who are working tonight yall shouldn't be employed lol

I'm a dasher and Burger King keeps me going late at night. All the 3rd shift crew are great and I often drive thru after I'm done for the night cuz my doggies like treats at the window. It's good food and great people 👌 ☺️.

I ate here most recently on 7.19 and the short staffed young people running it did great. They were very overwhelmed by costumers and were making it work with good service. Despite some customers less than polite attitudes.

They drench your food in any condiment, its disgusting and messy, it take 20 mins to make it through like 3 cars in the drive through, this is absolutly sad, hire more staff.
Jesse Who works the night shift And gave us our food last night had amazing customer service. He was very helpful and had a great attitude and went above and beyond to make sure our order was right. Heās the type of person that makes me want to come to fast food restaurants everyone else had a bad attitude in there except for him.

Donāt use the kiosk! Placed an order and waited about 20 minutes before asking if order was almost done. They told us the order never came through- showed them my bank charge that it did and the āmanagerā said he couldnāt verify it was done at their Burger King and refused to help the situation. Had a huge attitude and said our problem didnāt affect his paycheck. I get its fast food but do better! Another worker even admitted they had issues with the kioskā¦.. so why not close that one?!
