I enjoyed the Vegan Socialist Burrito, which is the only labeled vegan option on the menu. I'm happy enough with rice, beans, and veg but as others have pointed out there are no other vegan protein/dairy options.

We came to Burrito Union for the first time this week after living in Duluth for 4 years. Shame on us!!! We split a Rasputin (It is HUGE) and ordered some chips with guac and salsa. Our server Simon was FANTASTIC. Attentive but didn't hover over us. He was fast and very friendly, but not fake friendly. The food was PERFECT. An ok experience - the burrito was good - and the meat on it was fabulous, however the online menu didn't list all the ingredients. If I had known my burrito would have corn and lettuce on it, I would have chosen a different one or asked about substitutions/removal.
There was also a slight mishap with a side of guac ending up in the burrito instead on the side, however the staff resolved this quickly and easily.
