It was good service except they couldn't figure out how to refund me on accidental overcharge since there was a long line building behind me while they were trying to figure it out I I gave up. That being said I've always loved Caribou.

This is my go-to caribou, The deco is amazing and the drinks are always well prepared. Only probably is in the summer it gets busy midday, but otherwise it’s perfect. The glazed donuts and Coolers are amazing.

The homeless person out side and another with a dog inside didn't do much for the atmosphere. Staff was very nice. My 1st drink was ready in less than 2 minutes but the second one took 10+ minutes more.

Long time loyal customer of Caribou. I don't know what happened in Canal Park at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday, but that was NOT a Vanilla White Choc mocha. Something was definitely burnt. Sad. ?
