Would not honor birthday promotion because their app did not show the perk. Batista was very unhelpful in resolving the issue. I feel like manager could have comped the drink as I have proof of my birthday. Very disappointing.

So for starters, this location is in the MIDDLE of a mall. So you'd think it would be "meh" as far as atmosphere. Nah, the girls here knock it out of the park. Warm and welcoming, it's always my first stop when I go to the mall (I need it to survive the rest of my time there)
