I was just in the Caribou coffee this morning, and wanted to make mention of how lovely the staff were, there was such a sweet energetic vibe amongst them and with Me as the customer. I rarely reviews and I rarely go to chain coffee shops! This was so delightful this morning.

This is my third time in a row ordering a caramel shaker and not receiving caramel in my drink. Even when I ask for extra. 😭 Like pls its a 9.00 drink least you can do is make sure it has flavoring especially when I am charged AND ask for extra.
