I went yesterday 12/10 at 10:18 AM with a senior client. The barista never told me there were NO PLATES!!! To serve warm loaf of cake. She had an attitude and when I asked to get another ( not in a bag to go BUT to eat there) she tossed the old order asking her not to do it. Very disappointed and never going to be there anymore. I think she was racist! Nobody apologized or said anything. The place was almost empty and I couldn’t believe they DIDNT HAVE PLATES!

This location consistently messes up my order. Most recently they used regular milk instead of almond milk. I am lactose intolerant. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I started feeling unwell. Prior to this, they made a medium when I ordered large. I am done with this location.

Another location messed our drinks up and these guys fixed them for free even though they weren't the ones who messed it up. Amazing service!
I was just in the Caribou coffee this morning, and wanted to make mention of how lovely the staff were, there was such a sweet energetic vibe amongst them and with Me as the customer. I rarely reviews and I rarely go to chain coffee shops! This was so delightful this morning.
