Ok. Based on my very first experience, and I only ordered two birria tacos, but...I can confidently say, that if the rest of the food tastes like these tacos... Then I don't know how y'all have such a high rating. Lol. I'm sorry. Those were the most bland tacos\food I've ever had.The meat, the tortilla, obviously the broth that came with the tacos. That said lol. I'd give it another try because we all have bad days.Update: I gave it another try and .... Now I know where all the salt is going. It's not the tacos lol. I had the birria taco again and tried the cochinita (pork) taco. Both bland, the pork taco having just a little more flavor ?. The broth was mainly fat, and bland.I had the chorizo torta, as well, and as salty as that was, it was still the star of the show. I still ate it. It's edible. I was hungry. Thank you. Goodbye.

To have people as dedicated to tacos in life as me and my family is such a gift. To have them within walking distance of our home is a luxury — a dangerous one.My husband, son, and I stopped by last night to experience the new indoor spot. I am so excited to have this option and we are looking forward to many family dinners here in the coming months. The vibrant colors, music, and layout of the space were spot on and gave us energy at the end of a gray, cloudy Duluth day.The addition of the new veggie taco is greatly appreciated. I lean vegan, and leveraging mushrooms in tacos is one of my favorite uses for them. I loved the addition of the cauliflower, and the raisins were a nice twist. Maybe next up in menu development could be a carnitas mushroom taco perhaps? My family devoured their birria, chorizo, and carnitas tacos, just like they always do when we visit Chachos. Spot on, and always a pleasure to eat these tacos.Chachos team — keep going. Duluth needs you, we need you, and your tacos give us energy.

I found this taco stand while walking around Duluth with my kids. I’m so glad we stopped in. The flavors were amazing. The seating is outdoors, but it’s covered which was nice while it was raining. Definitely the best tacos I have ever had. I’ll definitely stop here again next time I’m in Duluth.

So glad I found this place! Everything was delicious. Flavors I've never tried before so I wouldn't call it traditional Mexican but definitely the flavors were thoughtfully done and work so well! Definitely would recommend if you want something a little different but very good! Plus, the prices were totally

The cochinita bowl is amazing. If I were to move away from Duluth, it is the food I would miss the most. There are so many flavors going on. I've lived and visited lots of places had food from all over the US. This cochinita bowl is unique and everyone needs to try it.

$7 for a tamale??? Is that a typo. In my neighborhood the highest I've seen is $3.5. I ain't even need to go here. Make your own tamales at home. I would study south Minneapolis if I were y'all. It's not like this is a high end restaurant. It's a shack. $14 for 2 tamales... ya I'm sure the demand of that is on the floor as we speak. If I win the lottery maybe I'll go. But for now, I'm jus tryna get me a somewhat affordable taco. To any of all who are inventive and want to open a joint, Duluth is the perfect spot. Not to many good restaurants up here so you could easily succeed if you PLAY YOUR CARDS RIGHT. If you down in Mpls go to Quatro milpas or taco taxi. High quality food for a reasonable price.

Wow. These are the best birria tacos I've ever eaten in my life. I think the cheese and the grilling of the tortilla really makes a difference.Cheese is burrata I think?Anyway they are to die for. I did not care for the veggie taco. There were big chunks in there and it was not good or flavorful. Also weird that they didn't have chips and salsa...But go there for the birria tacos. You will not be disapointed. A note about seating: There was no indoor seating when we went (Oct 2023) - they had an outdoor table that had a covering. It was pouring rain. They offered up the brewhall to us and said we could eat in there with outside food but it wasn't very visible in the pouring rain. Hopefully they open up the space inside for customers.

Nice "street" taco shop. Reasonably priced for the neighborhood.I liked the veggie taco and chorizo. Their rice and beans are nice too. Kids quesadilla was good and bowls as well.I would go back.Vegetarian options: Have a good vegetarian taco, but do use lard in some dishes.Parking: Area of Duluth can be hard to find parking during busy times.Kid-friendliness: Have a kids quesasilla that was good. Outside seating doesn't have high chairs, but a good place ro take kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Has ramps up small steps (about 1 or 2 feet total). Would be accessible to a wheelchair.

This is the place that got my wife to love Mexican food! Wonderful service, the food... oh my God, I'm speechless. I have never had Mexican food this good. I whole heartedly recommend this establishment. It is a hidden gem down in Canal Park in Duluth, MN.

Awesome taco shack! Anything you want! You order it the way you like it…, beef, pork, fish, shellfish…, boom! Tasty with lime. Enjoy!

We tried several items on the menu. I would say it was okay but definitely not the best tacos we've had. The kid's quesadilla was pretty bland. Not a fan of their tortillas.
