Using the exact same seating as Vanilla Bean, this place is modern and clean. Service was good. Ordered Breakfast Your Way with Cranberry Wild Rice Toast, Eggs Scrambled, breakfast potatoes and bacon. There were no vegetables in the breakfast potatoes and they used the same frozen potatoes in the breakfast burrito (my son’s order). When my order came out, there was a plain omelet on the plate and I let the wait staff (manager) know I had ordered scrambled eggs. She said she should have let me know that this is how they make scrambled eggs. She offered to give me different eggs but I guess they don’t scramble them...I am further surprised that they charge $16 ($2 upcharge for the wild rice toast). If we are comparing- you can get a flavorful breakfast actually made your way with fresh potatoes and other vegetables At Sarah’s Table for $13 and at the Duluth Grill for $17.

The new Mount Royal location has been nothing but disappointment. I have gone twice. The first time there was maybe 3 other groups in there who already had their food yet it took them close to 30 mins to bring ours out. The second time there was a big group of people who ordered AFTER my table and got their food BEFORE us and when I asked I was given a very snotty response from our waiter. Do better

My daughter loves Chilly Billy's but I’m too skeptical to enjoy “help yourself” food, especially if it’s not super clean. This time I was pleasantly surprised to see the place was spotless with the bins brimming with condiments and fresh fruit. Maddy was the smiling magician behind the counter keeping everything full and clean. I really appreciate her hard work because this time I felt comfortable enough to join my daughter in a big cup of deliciousness. Thank you Maddy -we’ll be back! ☺️

I was brining my little sister shopping at the mall, she really wanted to go to ulta for some drunk elephant. She then begged me for a sweet treat at chilly billys. I was hopeful my favorite employee would be there that I saw frequently. Unfortunately I was saddened that Ella was not there. I’m hopeful the next time I go for a sweet treat Ella will be there.

Not to mention the toilet was disgusting 🤢 never seen a bathroom this gross when going to a public place looks like it was never cleaned. Won’t be going again
