My daughter loves Chilly Billy's but I’m too skeptical to enjoy “help yourself” food, especially if it’s not super clean. This time I was pleasantly surprised to see the place was spotless with the bins brimming with condiments and fresh fruit. I was brining my little sister shopping at the mall, she really wanted to go to ulta for some drunk elephant. She then begged me for a sweet treat at chilly billys. I was hopeful my favorite employee would be there that I saw frequently. Unfortunately I was saddened that Ella was not there. I’m hopeful the next time I go for a sweet treat Ella will be there.
