I've eaten here for a decade and have never had a poor experience until this time.

The place was clean and the staff friendly as always. The food prices were pretty good and there were no parking issues. It wasn't too busy.

With all that said, this time, granted on a week night, the food was old and cold, and there was a rather limited selection.

Dietary restrictions: As a diabetic, I struggled to find low carb options, which I expected. However, I did expect options like tomatoes in the salad area and maybe cottage cheese, some untreated chicken, but there was none.

Worst food we have ever ate flavorless, overpriced, and cold. Was charged for dinner instead of lunch. The chicken was mushy. Overall bad experience we will never go back.

I always love coming here when I make a trip in to Duluth. I've done the buffet a couple times but mostly I order a plate of Moo Goo Gai Pan because it's the best!

It's a buffet. The usual. Food is assembly line buffet Chinese food. It needs a deep clean. The staff are nice but they are very distant.

$42 for 2 buffets, that's absolutely outrageous for lukewarm to almost cold food. Soda never tastes right, they just don't change it ever. We used to come from Virginia to eat here but looks like we will stick with China Star. Wont be back

Dining area is very roomy.. Had a decent varieties of foods.. I ate egg drop soup, hot tofu soup, general Tso chicken, garlic chicken and peanut chicken all of which were pretty good. I also ate the cream cheese wontons, fried shrimp, Hawaiian chicken, sesame ball, white rice noodles with scrambled egg pieces/carrots and broccoli all of which were either flavorless or not good tasting. The place itself was clean and nicely decorated. Their customer service was alright. My son ate the low mein and said it was really good. My mom had the fried fish and said it was good. My overall experience I'd say I'd give a B- and the meal was not worth $18.95. Will never eat at this establishment ever again. No thank you.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of foods for kiddos to choose from.
