I was at the Duluth location today August 10,2025 at 2:00 PM and the employees were so out of line the cops came. The door said “online orders only” I placed an online order and walked in the door to find the restaurant full of people waiting and the place was so dirty, the fountain pop machine had mold on it. Every single table was dirty. The floors were dirty and sticky. The employees were fighting and screaming back and forth. Finally one of the employees picked up a stack of big stainless steel pans that were stacked together and tossed them across the restaurant while screaming F*CK over and over. I sat there for about 1 more minute to collect my already paid for “online order” and left. Honestly kinda crazy how all the other customers just sat there in shock. The cops were pulling up as I was pulling out. No thanks

We arrived at 4:15 on a Sunday. People sitting outside eating and as we walked up the doors were locked. Within seconds an employee aggressively slammed a paper on the door, taped it and walked away. No eye contact, no “so sorry”. It was rude. We get that staffing can be a challenge. Current staff with a very poor approach to customer service turns business away.

I stood there for 5 mins, the only person line, I was never greeted. The employee actively avoided me while he got supplies. It went on so long I just walked out. It wasn’t like they were out of ingredients…

I love Chipotle. But this particular location should in no way even be open to the public. We are always utterly shocked by the terrible experience we have every time we step foot in this place. There is a clear lack of regard for health code and cleanliness. The employees act like your presence is an inconvenience and barely even acknowledge you. They are always out of so many key ingredients (cheese? white rice? how?). McDonald’s is fine dining compared to this dump. The owner/management should be downright ashamed.

This place is filthy the workers don't wash the tables sweep the floors wipe the windows down fingerprints all over the highchairs are gross I'll never come here again poor management ugh....

Why is this location still open? The people that own it should be ashamed. So disgustingly dirty, employees so rude, ingredients constantly running out, can’t accept normal payments, close early, so many reviews that tell owners what is happening here. Nothing being done about it. So sad. Shame on the owners.

First, the food is always great. And so is the price! But - this location struggles with payments and ordering experience. Sometimes it’s order by the app only, sometimes it’s not, ordering by the app provides inconsistent wait times - and should reflect closer to the wait time. A few minutes off is no biggie but routinely it’s over 20 sometimes 40 minutes inaccurate.

The staff is polite but sometimes lacks a sense of urgency - so sometimes food items run out and then gotta wait or move on. They do struggle with staffing like so many others, to be fair, they are often overwhelmed.

Payments receivable arbitrary and the app given wait time inaccuracies ? It’s 2025 - that should be a non-issue today.

Went here last night and it made me sick haven’t been able to go anywhere for more than 30 minutes at a time. It also took forever there weren’t more than 5 people there and took us 15 minutes to get our food. It was also only 8pm and all the chairs were up so we couldn’t eat in the store.

Im from outta town problem is i think to small of a location needs to expand food dryer then the Sahara desert 🏜 iv been here multiple times not saying horrible but not the same as most Chipotle mexican grills and really dirty food left on tables crums beans rice laying around dirty dirty dirty over all dirty will be back!

Terrible experience, out of plenty of food, and good luck calling the restaurant, they refuse to answer the phone. And I don’t mean, too busy to answer, I quite literally mean I call, and the automated answer, after I said 3 times to talk to an employee, said “staff does not answer the phone”. Ridiculous.

I've gotten sick from the food here twice. The first time, the sour cream was so spoiled that it tasted like A1 steak sauce. The second time, the steak was so undercooked that I ended up in the bathroom within minutes. I absolutely love Chipotle....but I avoid this location like the plague.

They did not put enough food in the bowl for the amount of money that they asked for. Love the food , but not enough. Too much money. On a budget and can't afford this.
