Used the app, drove through to pick up coffee, and it was wrong. drove back to have remade. Great! two days later, went through drive-thru ordered, drink was wrong once again, but I did not have time to go back. This is the only Caribou that can't get a hot malted mocha right.

It store looks relatively dubious from the outside but it is rather spacious and a great atmosphere inside. It has a variety of types of seating and one of the better decorated Caribou Coffee locations I have been to. The person to took my order seemed a little on the newer side but it went fine. The chai was excellent.

we are traveling 10 hours back home after a trip and wanted a quick breakfast. we ordered two of the bacon cheese bagels with no egg, the drive-thru person said “I can’t modify any of my sandwiches, you’ll have to get it with egg”. You can’t just… take the egg off? I guess I’ll do it myself. What if someone has an allergy? Not very accommodating at all. The employee at the window was also less than friendly. I don’t know how there are so many positive reviews.

Ordered breakfast/coffee in the drive thru after yoga this morning. When I handed over my $100 bill from a birthday present, staff (politely) told me that the manager has decided to no longer accept $100 bills. Had I known this ahead of time, I would not have come here. My breakfast sandwich was unfortunately a mushball - barely toasted. I recommend going elsewhere.

I had a frustrating experience at Caribou Coffee recently. I ordered over $50 worth of drinks and snacks, only to be told they do not accept $100 bills. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I was ready to spend a good amount of money. If you're looking for a place that accepts American currency without hassle, I recommend heading to Dunn Bros down the road, McDonald's, or even Taco John's. They all accept $100 bills without any issues. I won't be returning to Caribou anytime soon!
