Croissant was a disaster to eat. Crumbs everywhere and dry on ends. At one point waiting was wondering if they were making the croissant. I love Caribou. I get busy but I was the only customer. Can’t have rockstar service every time.

Nice waitstaff at 6:30 am! Helpful. Breakfast sandwich would be vastly improved if the bagel wasn't mushy. Can't you toast it? Good flavor, though. JRS

This IMO is the worst local Caribou location in the area. The service always feels either super intense and highly caffeinated or just plan entitled and snotty. Perhaps my biggest pet peeves are the fact they refused my request for a larger water, are stingy on giving napkins if they bother to give any at all and worst of all make the customers hold their heavy card reader in their cars with them in the drive thru!
No other location does this and it just feels like a lazy service decision and is such a turn off at this location. I’d take the London rd location any day

There really isn't anything I don't like about this particular caribou. I wish it was a little cheaper but pretty much everything is expensive these days!!

Ive came here a handful of times and for some reason my drink is always incorrect. Its always a waste of money coming to this location.
Workers were unhelpful and rude when a problem in THEIR system occurred. Gave no options and made our friend pay double (meal was already 20). Bad customer service.
