Ordered via the drive-thru, my order was accurate, the barista was friendly and my drink was a good temp. I am still sticker shocked by the price of coffee drinks, but that is everywhere, not just Caribou.

The food has really gone downhill. So bad I felt compelled to return a sandwich. They are pre made, packaged and frozen so can’t be fixed.the poor employee (who was very nice), struggled with doing a refund because it was too complicated.

As of 11/29/23The staff’s customer service attitude “seems” to have improved since last year!An year ago it was horrible ?Made me wait 10-15min for a coffee for an in person order, while they were exchanging gossips ?
