The cookies were good. A little lackluster compared to the displays.. not a huge deal. But the store was not clean at all(kinda gross really) and the staff were rude. I also found it weird that they now sell cake and cheesecake but won’t hand out forks? It’s disappointing when you pay $26 for cookies and the negative experience outways the product itself.

It was my first time visiting a Crumbl and it was a quick process. You just go to the right, pick what cookies you want, pay, wait until someone calls your name, pick up your cookies, and you’re done. They’ve also got a display of their cookies at the pick up area but it’s only the large size.
I got the June 9th-June 14th selection of cookies and they were pretty good but quite sweet. You have 2 options for sizes, small, and large. The large which comes with 6 is around $26 dollars and the small with 6 cookie is $15. Overall, a nice experience but not sure if I’d come back for the price unless I was getting a gift card of something special for a birthday.

I placed a pick up order and my husband went to pick it up and the lady in there was VERY Rude to him. Not good customer service at all. Check your employees and there attitudes

The cookies are good, but it really depends on the flavor, they could use more flavors at once and more deals, also a better restaurant, it is awkward and small and cold inside.
