We came to get food to go …waited half hour had to wait in line to speak to them and could see our food just sitting there. When we finally got it was cold. No apology nothing. Every time we come thru here same thing slow and terrible food.

I've been to this culver's now three times. All three times I've had really poor service. Including incorrect items and items missing from the bag Every. Single. Time. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I would always drive to the culver's in Superior WI over the one right by my house.

Our order was made quickly. The restaurant was very clean. I used the washroom and it was very clean as well. The hamburgers were good. I enjoyed my vanilla shake. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly.

I had a god experience, the only bad thing was there was no way to order for dine in so there was some confusion for them at pick up. There was limited seating so the seats we had weren’t real comfortable
