Was charged almost $6.00 for 2 small tap waters with my mini blizzard. They want more money for tap water than my ice cream all because they think my disabled dad and I, and everyone else who wants water is going to steal their cheap carbonated sugar water. It costs less for me to drive to Hermantown to get free water with my ice cream than it is to come here. Wild.

Was there this passed Saturday and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburger basket . The bacon was raw and the person working says it comes precooked but you might want to tell the works they need to heat up the bacon before giving to customers. I will never come back to this dairy queen

Food is always good. Customer service has never been good here, but it's close to home. Staff is continually rude, not sure why. Understaffed or over worked maybe?

Employees didn’t want to help when they forgot something from my order. Their boss/manager had to force/make their employees to help me. Not very welcoming to PEOPLE of COLOR. I would rate service and atmosphere a ZERO if it was an option given.

My first experience at Dairy Queen in Duluth was a delightful introduction to their menu, particularly their burgers, which exceeded my expectations with their delicious and satisfying flavors. The restaurant's inviting atmosphere and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.

I opted for their classic burger, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the juicy, flavorful patty. It was cooked to perfection and paired wonderfully with fresh vegetables and a soft, toasted bun. Each bite was a testament to Dairy Queen's commitment to delivering tasty, well-crafted food.

Aside from the burgers, the menu offered a variety of tempting options, including their famous soft-serve ice cream, which I'll definitely have to try on my next visit. The establishment's cleanliness and efficiency in service further contributed to making my first visit enjoyable and memorable.

In conclusion, Dairy Queen in Duluth impressed me with its delicious burgers and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a longtime fan or a first-time visitor like me, this place promises a satisfying dining experience that leaves you looking forward to your next bite.

The employees of this Dairy Queen location truly went above and beyond with our ice cream cake for the 4th of July. We had made a little note asking for a lot of patriotism, and boy, did we get it! This made our day; it was beautiful, delicious, and a stunning tribute to our nation. Thank you, Canal Park Dairy Queen!!

Every table was dirty, and the floors were filthy, garbage overflowing. If the team of workers kept up with the cleaning would definitely be 5 stars.

Nice stop while we were in canal park. Had twist cones and a blizzard.

Parking: Difficult to find parking, paid parking close by but didn't have alot of spots.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of yummy ice cream options for kids.
