Not realizing the time, we went there at closing time. He happily allowed us to come in and served us anyway. He was extremely kind and did not treat us like an inconvenience, but like we were old friends that hadn't seen each other in years. Also.....The food was amazing!! This is a must visit if you're looking for great food with a warm and welcoming atmosphere!!!! We will definitely stop again!!!!
Such a wonderful experience! The owner treated us well and even gave us a live performance of him singing and playing the piano. My group felt completely welcome and had such a great time. Thank you.

My wife and I stumbled across this gem. Based on the meals we had yesterday (fried chicken, catfish, collard greens, corn bread, stuffing) this is now my favorite Duluth restaurant. Granted, it was only one visit, but wow! The catfish and collards were as good or better than any I've had in Louisiana. This place should have people lined up waiting to get in!
