placed an online order for carry out at 6:10. Said estimated pick up time was 7:10. fine, it's a holiday I get it. Sat outside the store for almost an hour (left work and drove there) was told its gonna be AT LEAST another 45 min to 1 hr. for carry out?!?! 1 med pizza, 2 chicken pasta bowels and lava cakes 🤦🏼♀️
Absolutely terrible customer service. This place has went way down hill. I ordered on the Dominos app for carry out. I pick up my order and drive a block or two away and realize they forgot a dipping sauce, no big deal, I drive back and get it. Once I make it home I notice there’s no ham on my Hawaiian pizza. Ordered my pizza at 5:00pm on Friday night 12/27/2019 waited an hour and no one delivered to my house. Upon calling in to the store I was informed that my order would be another hour and 45 minuets before it would even get to my home. Obviously upset about not being informed of the delay or anything I was then informed my order will be canceled and I was immediately hung up on. I’m sorry but I understand you’re short staffed but people should NOT be treated this way!!!
