The inconsistency is outlandish I pay extra for a pan pizza and half the time it's flat greasy trash the other half it's made to perfection. the owner/operator is overly aggressive for no reason when I ask if my pizza can be made properly. when it is remade it's made correct so I chalk it up to poor training and no accountability. This Domino's has no standards in the food they make and is a poor example of Domino's it a shame
Terrible service and awful manager “Logan.” Ordered pizza for delivery at 7:28pm, at 7:44pm it was in the “quality check” stage on the Tracker. It stayed in quality check until 8:55pm. After finally getting through to the store (3rd try- only the option to place a new order resulted in someone answering), I asked where the pizza was. Domino's Pizza offers a sit-down area at its Second Street location. Their pizzas are always warm, cheesy, and ready on time. The staff is wonderful, and the carryout/delivery service is efficient. Customers enjoy great bread bites and great pizza, and they appreciate the great specials run by the restaurant. However, some staff can be irritable, possibly due to the busy environment. Despite parking challenges, this location is highly rated for its great food and hardworking crew. Recently, a delivery driver went above and beyond by providing plates and napkins during a delivery to a nearby hospital, making a difficult time more special for a family. Additionally, Mark received praise for his willingness to help, showing that the staff cares about their customers.
