They brought wrong salad, did not get my dessert order and when I tried calling the message said mailbox full try again later. Tried twice same answer.

I eat there all the time and I did a take out order didn't get the parmesan bread I tried to call asp and from 1 to 9 no one answered .I called to day and they told me not enough staff I get that but I like my rest of order.

Delivery Driver Robert was very rude! Called me when he was having trouble finding my house and told me that my directions “don’t help him at all” and I “need to be more specific.” When I tried explaining it to him he kept questioning me in an irritable tone and then hung up. My boyfriend got the food from him and apologized about the directions and the driver said “ok” and walked away. No “have a good day” or anything. Didn’t even apologize about his attitude! I called the store to complain to the manager and all she said was “I will have a conversation with him, sorry.” Never ordering from here again!!

I came here at 1248pm to get a drink and see if they had any pizza and the door was closed . The employee told me that it wasn't open but the sign said 1am

Over 2 and a half hours to get my food. No way I'm going to accept that. After it sat for probably over an hour in the warmer. 2nd time this has happened. Had to drive to hermantown location to get my new order that took only 30 mins from the time of order to get it fresh. This location will never answer the phone to cancel your order either.

Sept 26th, yesterday. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, Philly cheesesteak sub, & used my free 16 pc garlic Parmesan bread bites. While my pizza was amazing, pictured below are my beyond overcooked bread bites & my Philly cheesesteak sub. They offered me a free pizza or 20% off an order. 😂 they also charged my card twice for the order.

Every time I order from this location there is an issue! When ordering delivery it takes hours longer then the website says it will take. If you try to call to check on the status of your order they never answer the phone so there’s really no way to check the status of your order. The last time I ordered from this location I placed a take out order hoping that it wouldn’t take as long. When I placed my order the order wait time tracker said it would be 25 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and then tried to call down to the location twice to check the status of my order. Of course no one would answer the phone so I went down to the location to try to pick up my order. When I arrived the lady working behind the counter refused to come over and ask why I was even there another employee had to tell her to come help me. When she did she seemed annoyed she had to help me. When I told them my name said they didn’t have any carry out orders and they had been slammed so they didn’t know what tell me and I can go check the board for my order status. When I found my name on the board it said it would be another 70-75 minute wait. When I questioned why it was taking so long for 3 pizzas her and another employee proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do for me but they could cancel my order and I could leave. I said that’s fine cancel my order but I want a recent or proof they canceled it she’s started screaming at me that if I didn’t leave the store immediately she would call the cops. I replied with she can call the cops but I still want a receipt. She then starts yelling and pulling her hair making a big scene which was very odd. Kind of seemed like she was high on something because she seemed like something off and was acting very erratic. Finally another employee came up and canceled the order and gave me a receipt. I obviously will never order from this location and emailed corporate about the many issues I’ve had with this store!

The staff is rude. The guy with glasses is disrespectful and I will no longer do business there. They made me a pizza with no sauce then continued to accuse me of moving the cheese once I showed him there was no sauce he then made another excuse not to help me. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. I suggest nobody else eat from that location because the staff is rude and does not care about customer satisfaction.

Amazing hard working people no matter what. Anytime i get my order late at night or no matter what time of day, Its almost always the most perfect creation on earth lol. I’m always so grateful and i wish i could show my gratitude more but i can’t thank this location enough for helping me get the food/energy i need after a long days work or bad day. I also deeply appreciate the generous amount of jalapeños or meat they put on haha. It always makes my day! Thank you all. Have a wonderful night/day.

I ordered 2 pizzas and a 32pc bread bite at 11:41pm the 28th and never received any of it. I paid $49 for this order only to never even get it. Extremely mad and will be pursuing a refund asap

Last night I order a pizza after work, well I get an email around 2 am saying oops that deliver didn't come blah blah blah blah, so whatever I make other food and go to bed, wake up go outside THEIR IS PIZZA ALL OVER MY FRONT PORCH!!!! AND THEN I CALL THE STORE OVER 20 TIMES AND THEIR IS AT ALL NOT GETTING THROUGH, at this point I'm going to come into the store because this is beyond not ok, I should be able to get a refund because 1 I was told it was not coming, 2 it's all over the porch are you kidding me? That's 50$ WAISTED because you told me you where not coming and emailed me that, make it so then people can call the store at least! Seriously how do you not have a phone that cannot reach this store, if I cannot get a hold I will be coming in and asking for my refund, if this happened to you, you'd be just as upset, and it sucks bc dominos is ALL I EVER ORDER FOR TAKE OUT
