horrible. 2 hours for 2 pizzas when it did finally show up both pizzas were mushed and cold. when the driver left the store ( we are 3 blocks away) it said 20mins ETA. over an hour we watched him drive all over town before getting to us. horrid do not order from this location

We ordered pizza for 7 kids for a family get together from a Domino's location 3 miles away. It took over an hour to deliver when the tracker online said 13 mins. The tracker kept jumping around from 8 to 15 minutes and when we tried to call to get an eta on delivery they wouldn't answer. Then the voicemail was full. Next we called and selected "place a new order" and got a hold of an actual person and when we said we're trying to check on our order they hung up on us. We were not being impolite, it was just plain rude. Terrible service. We did not tip the driver. We're not ordering from this location again and we'll be sure to notify friends and family about our experience.

Just close this store already. Ordered a Za at 5:30pm. No one can answer the store phone and there's no way to know where you pizza is as the app stops tracking at 5:50. It's 7:30pm, I don't want your pizza anymore. Awful, awful, awful.

We ordered on the ap. We were told 30 minutes. We waited 2 hours for our pizza. We are stuck in the hospital. We should have been told that the wait would be so long so that we could have made a different food choice.

It seems like every time that I ordered a delivery from this place I never get it and then the place is closed. The staff are very knowledgeable about what they have and not exactly very friendly and the place is very small and crowded.
This was supposed to be extra cheese with shredded provolone. One slice has no sauce or cheese, another half slice with nothing and two additional pieces with cheese missing. I get it. It doesn't have to be a masterpiece. But when I pay for something I expect to get it.
Parking: Domino's does nothing when you have a negative experience so I thought I would warn everyone here instead.

Unsure when it became okay hopefully not for as long as I've been going there but saw the food guy prepping without gloves watched him wipe his hands on his pants and kept touching the food walked out without my 2 pizzas. DISGUSTING 🤢

Have had multiple instances of where they say the order is complete, but the food doesn't show up for half an hour after the update. They refuse to pick up their phone calls and refuse to apologize for the entire situation either. Poor service and absolutely unprofessional location.
