This is our favorite place to eat in Duluth! The food is great, the service is great and the comedy shows we have attended have been great! We love to bring visiting friends here!

Bartenders are as rude as any people I have encountered.

I am a young college student who has Hispanic looks and I was repeatedly called a terrorist by either a bouncer or employee who persisted we leave due to closing time. I had neither spoke or said anything to the worker and completely ruined my experience at the bar when I used to love it there.

We went on a Saturday night for one of their comedy shows and had a solid good time. The drinks were strong, the atmosphere was exactly as a pub should be and the service was spot on.
The comedians need to see a therapist about their obsession with their history of, apparently incessant, pubescent masterbation! Unfortunately they both seemed to think that was the only subject they could find that would ensure laughter. It was funny for about 10 minutes but then it felt like middle school for the remainder of the show.
The food was fair, my wife had fish and chips and enjoyed her basket. I had the shepard's pie and it was decent but way over salted and I like salty food. But, thankfully, like I said earlier, the drinks were really strong.

Called and made reservations for comedy and dinner using a coupon. When we got there, they said we were supposed to book the comedy online. Why wasn’t this told to us over the phone when we made the reservation? How is this the customers fault when the information was provided. We ordered our food, they brought us the wrong food and the server rolled here eyes and stormed away when we said it was wrong, then half the tables food came out 15 later. Right before the show, got told they couldn’t get us in for comedy but gave us a ticket to come back later but we can’t have dinner at that time. Bad service and experiance. I feel like dinner should have been comped or we should have gotten additional tickets. We came from Cloquet with a group of 6.

The servers were nice and working hard. The food was average. You will smell like a grease trap after eating here. The floor and tables were sticky. Not kid friendly.

To be fair, there was only one bartender, and he was servicing the whole place to the best of my knowledge. The food was phenomenal, and the service was extremely exceptional for one person! Would highly recommend. They have free pool and shuffleboard, other board games , and cozy places to sit.

This place had some pretty good food. You grab a menu and order at bar. I had lamb Sheperds pie & a side of cabbage & veggies...delish! My friend had shrimp & fries and said they were good too. Of course the Guinness was great. Atmosphere was older but comfortable. There was a nook area with a fireplace & comfy looking chairs. A charming old red phone booth. The booths for seating were super high, so if your height challenged it may be hard to get into, but there are other seating options. I'd like to stop back at another time & maybe play pool and try more things on the menu.
