Duluths Best Bread makes very good bread.
Absolutely obsessed with their products! I’ve never had anything that I didn’t love. I’m excited to go in every single time!
We have been buying DBB from infancy when the bread was still being tested, hand delivered and baked at the Lillegard home … and it is the BEST bread! We partake in all the treats and love those too! So thankful for this great bakery in Duluth.
Excellent bake goods… I especially love their croissants!! 🥐

Duluth's Best bread is truly the best bread! It's the only bread I eat. I hope the company never changes their recipe or compromise on their great ingredients and process.

The guy who serviced me and was also in a news article must have been having a really bad day. He was grouchy and rude. I liked this location but the service from this guy has just been unpleasant. He didn't even give me the correct Orios and seemed like I was bothering him by ordering.
The Superior location has been consistent and the service has been good. I wish they could slice the bread though.

The server was grouchy and didn't seem to care about me as a customer. Nutella croissant was delicious though!!! Coffee pretty good 👍🏻

You won't be mad you came. Seriously, great service, building looks sweet and an absolutely amazing product. Chocolate croissant was out of this world! I actually had an out of body experience while eating it. I really hate to see people ragging on a small business that is at the top tier of performance as far as service and product goes. Some people just can't be pleased though unfortunately. Kudos on all the hard work, we will be back!

I am visiting Duluth for the first time and I am so happy some friends recommended this place! Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was chill and inviting. It was a beautiful day and they had the front area fully open which was wonderful.

They do make good loaf bread, but I have to say that the quality of their pastries has been in steady decline over the past couple years. The croissants are almost always either stale (I imagine they sometimes sell day-olds without telling anyone) or underdone. The last several I have had have been soggy with grease, with a doughy inside and a weird chemical aftertaste. I used to work at a cafe that sold their croissants. After a few bad batches we finally spoke with Robert (one of the owners) and let him know what was going on, to which he responded “that’s not possible”. That was the end of that, and things never improved. I’m really glad we have so many small businesses like this in Duluth, but if you’re selling food to people and can’t take constructive criticism, what’s the point? If you want a good loaf of bread, this is the place. If you want a decent croissant or danish go to Positively Third Street.

Had the vanilla macarons today! Soooo delicious! I will def be going back!
I saw someone with a Duluth Best Bread t- shirt on while visiting Rock Hill Community church. We looked up locations, and there was this location within walking distance after church. We stopped by, and Anne was amazing with her recommendations and service! We were visiting from out of state, so the additional site seeing advice was a bonus. Their macaroons, crossiants, and coffee were so good!
