Just want to give a huge shout out to Stacy, he was so helpful when we visited! We’re big fans of breakfast food, and had to make a reservation for a tour by 1:00, and our planned stop for breakfast was too busy. I was in Duluth visiting family. I stopped by and got some amazing country white bread that was made largely into bruschetta. The tangy flavor of this bread is amazing. Second stop yielded cheese curd bread and rosemary onion. The cheese curd bread is gorgeous with pesto or garlic. We ate the rosemary just on its own with a little butter. I bought the Carmel pecan rolls and the almond croissant today. The best ever. The only ones that come close are a bakery in New York. In the old days Connellys bakery in Superior were almost as good.
