I always love going to Dunkin for a vanilla bean coolatta and I am usually very pleased with the speed of service, quality, and staff overall. The service was still very pleasant, but my food was kind of disappointing. They didn't have any donuts at 8am, which again was fine even though I placed my order mobile and already paid for one. My drink was very disappointing, the drink is so thick I can't even drink it, I'm having to wait for it to melt. Not a huge deal, just something to note when making this drink for customers. I will continue to come to this store because I understand food service isn't always perfect and I still love it here!

Instead of "doughnuts " these should be called "drydoughnauts". They've mastered the art of making a tsp of frosting cover a doughnut... that's on a good day. The "glaze" is a thin ring around one side. The selection is always limited. This is from day one that they opened. They think skimping is thrifty, but they would sell so much more if they would put out an edible doughnut and make more as needed. It isn't hard, just heat it up and slap some frosting on it! Dip it in glaze. Or fill it..and not with a teaspoon of filling😒 Anywhere in town makes a better doughnut....I guess that's why they've dropped "Doughnuts" out of the name....new review, no way to leave a new one🙄 I bought coffee mocha and these hash brown cups and that's how much food was in my cup of hash browns ridiculous 1 2 3 4 5 not even 10 hash browns in there and the coffee was It was supposed to be a mocha it was horrible not even drinkable

So, this Sunday I paid cash for an iced coffee $10. Was give. Back a $5 and some change. The only place I pay with cash this week. Today I realized she gave me fake money in return. So these employees are dealing in counterfeit bills to get tips is my only assumption here.. Shady AF, their probably skimming your cars details as well.. BEWARE

Really love the coffee and atmosphere here. But sometimes the music is so LOUD. People can't talk or study when it's so loud. Also, bathrooms need to be cleaned better.
My husband and I stopped by to get the $6 meal deal. Our drinks were some of the best we’ve had, our food delicious and toasted just right, and the young lady that brought us our order was super sweet and nice. Highly recommend this location!

8/10 times when I order an iced original blend with sweet cold foam and oatmilk I don’t get the oatmilk or cold foam and because I’m usually on my way to work, I don’t have time to ask them to fix it but it should be done right anyways. Super frustrating!

I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've had with a business. Ever. I have a friend having surgery today and wanted to surprise her with a bucket of munchkins because that's what she wanted. From the moment I called and spoke to Abigail she was bubbly, awesome and ridiculously helpful. We coordinated instacart together to put a gift bag together, and then door dash to deliver all her things. Door Dash dropped the ball in a big way. They got her donuts, but not the gift bag they were supposed to go in. So Abigail, incredible Abigail, is bringing the gift bag to my friend herself. This human went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. She deserves a raise and a big cookie.
