My experience was at first was one of unfavorable. But it was handled by a young lady who's name was Lizzy and she was very knowledgeable and professional and very polite and friendly.she took care of My concerns and corrected the problem with my order and renewed my faith and love of Dunkin donuts that I have had for so many years now I will definitely be going back to this place for sure.thank you Lizzy for taking care of the problem with My order I would recommend your store to everyone who loves great food and service and a friendly atmosphere this is the place for you. With people who care like this young lady did and caring about the customer and great service. This Dunkin donuts store is the best . again thank you Lizzy we need more like you. My significant other and I had placed a Door Dash order online and ordered two donuts. I know that these maybe out of stock, but usually a notification pops up. In this instance it did not. We order two donuts and 15 minutes later the food arrived with completely different donuts with no message saying there were out of stock. I am not pleased with the lack of communication this establishment is doing. Thank you.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. The broad stood behind the counter rearranging the donuts instead of helping me. Stood there for a good 5 minutes. They need retraining here. I’d advise avoiding this location if you want good or fast service.

Long wait inside with 3 on-duty. We were the only ones there besides drive-thru at 7:30a. Staff chatting a lot with each other. Seemed like an imposition when my husband asked for utensils.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service Experience. Pretty sad I go to Dunkin about everyday. Yesterday my tire fell off while my adult child was driving. Their phone had no service so they went to Dunkin to ask to use a phone. The assistant manager then told her , she could not use the phone AND couldn't use any employees phones either !!! How rude and unprofessional in my opinion. I spend a lot of money at Dunkin. Looks like no more. They had to wait for a stranger to stop and use their phone!!!

The place was for the most part clean and had good upkeep, the employees wee friendly but not very talkative at least not to me really. The main thing about any place like this is for all employees to all have training in customer service and what it means to have customer service I just feel that extreme customer service training is a must for all employees no matter what....

I stopped here to grab a coffee and a donut. Both were great and much needed. It was easy to get to and easy to find as it is on the main road going through central entrance. I would stop here again when I am in this area, especially for the coffee... next time I would try their bagels.

Horrible, horrible customer service, my first time visiting this location and I won't be BACK, I walk in no one at counter, not greeted correctly, tall doofy black kid I asked him about the donut self with pretty much nothing on it, and why it's empty, he says with his goofy self I should have come early, poor response, then fat white girl in white shirt buts in trying to offer me donuts that were sitting in a box since 9:30 this morning, no apologies, just horrible, I should be able to go into any Dunkin donuts when open to find fully stocked donuts. Very poor and horrible experience, also get counter people and managers that know what they are doing. Screw this place. 0 stars

I called in to ask if they had crullers. Natalie checked, and unfortunately they were out. She was super generous and offered to make some that would be ready later in the day. It was so nice to know she'd make sure to go above and beyond just to have the donuts I was looking for. 10/10 for excellent service from Natalie.

Customer service has always been something I valued since working in retail myself from a young impressionable age, & today at Dunkin', Gina went above & beyond for me in ensuring that my experience was certainly something to gush over & remember!Gina had me grinning ear-to-ear with her friendly smile & atmosphere, helping me with a slight mobile ordering issue I experienced prior to today, & she was so quick too!I was given her full attention, much care, it truly meant a lot to me.My partner could see just how happy I was getting back to the vehicle, my cheeks were aching from smiles, haha!It may have been a short visit, but I value it so much. It's the little things. ♡Thank you, Gina! ☺️
