Chili was cold, crackers were crushed, not much substance to the sandwiches, the slice of bread they leave out of sandwich that we use to dunk into the chili was smashed and stuck to the sandwich wrap. Wild rice soup was watered down. And then after I asked if spoons were in the bag and they replied yes, they were not! Don't waste your time here. Not the first time, but now the last.

This specific Erberts and Gerberts has the best sandwiches by far. Along with that it has a wonderful staff team who is so friendly and fun. The two workers named Ayden and Courtney are phenomenal and make all my sandwiches with love ofc. What a wonderful duo who know how it's done. Best sandwiches in Duluth and ever to exist.

i was really pleased with ayden and courtney's service, i had a great conversation with them and their teamworking skills were amazing, i was truly plucked at how fast my food was made for me.

First time coming back since May, and its just disappointing. For 9$, this flat and poorly wrapped sandwich is not worth it. There was only 1 other person in front of me, 1 online order i think and 3 employees. My order took nearly 10 minutes. The guy making my order, they called him nick, seemed to look busy without being busy. He changed his gloves twice making my order? Got this persons soup quickly and then just stood around while the two other employees were actually working. This sandwich is wrapped poorly. With all the time he had, he could have wrapped it better. Sandwiches here used to be full and filling now its 1 slice of meat and some lettuce. Save your money. Not worth the price.

I placed an order tonight at 7:54 and was told by E&G website this location closes at 9. The order was confirmed and my card was charged. Over an hour later and I still haven't gotten my food. I google the location to get a phone number and it states the store closes at 8. This isn't the first time a situation like this has happened, but it will be my last.
