Always super delicious! Fresh baked bread and freshly sliced meats complemented by crisp veggies and crafted well. So good!

Workers were crabby, mood and had a lot of attitude for no reason.

My partner and I ordered pick up. 2 sandwiches and some sides. The sides were great, the sandwiches were not. My partner ordered a Philly cheese steak and it looked like someone threw it in a washing machine and then ran it over. It wasn't even a sandwich when he unwrapped it because there was no way of holding it. I would also like to add they made it while we waited in a booth in the lobby even though we ordered it 20 minutes prior and the place was dead it being a Sunday night.

I started stopping at erberts and gerberts late 90s when they first opened, there were a good sandwich shop. 20 years later I stopped in because I'm in the area was very disappointed with the quality of the sandwich people serving it were very kind but not a fan of their sandwiches anymore

If you want to personalize your sandwich GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
The employee at the register was really nice took the time to take my personalized order. I don’t mind waiting for it, which is what I did.
TURNS OUT THE PEOPLE MAKING THE SANDWICH DIDN’T READ THE RECIPT. they assumed. I said NO avocado, I said ADD salami, AND TO LEAVE THE GUTS IN.

Did I get any of that. NOPE. So disappointed.

Me and my son went to get dinner at the one in west Duluth on Grand Ave. The girls working were talking and the girl at the front just ignored us listening to two girls making the subs talk., she was distracted. Didn't pay much attention to our order, had to verify with us multiple times. My son told her 3 times no mayo or tomatoe on his sub and a bowl of soup for the combo. And they ended up putting on mayo and gave him a cup of soup, even though I paid for a bowl. The food is average. The food is overpriced for the food and service you get. I got a half a sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup it was $10. My son got the full sandwich with soup and drink combo for $15 it was $26 total to be completely dissatisfied.

Terrible service. They're too busy goofing around and playing on their phones. Teenagers flirting with each other to actually bother to do their jobs

Erbert & Gerbert’s in West Duluth is a solid spot for a quick and tasty sandwich. The bread is always fresh, and the unique flavor combinations set them apart. Service is usually quick and friendly, making it a reliable stop for lunch on the go!

We were missing mac n cheese the first time, got in car and saw we were also missing bacon for one of the sandwiches. Got that sandwich remade, only to have the avocado missing with it. Also forgot the napkins. The whole time, the entire staff did not care at all.

First time trying out this restaurant and was quite happy with the outcome. Unfortunately there was little Mac and cheese left, which I was excited to try, but fortunately I was able to have a small sample of what was left. There wasn't any white bread left either, but luckily the whole wheat tasted great. I ordered the Nebula and the Flash, both were excellent and delicious. I don't think charging 2.00 for a pickle is reasonable, but it was large and delicious. I had hoped to have a better experience my first time around, but it was very good for the situation at hand.

Friendly staff, but the manager really needs to work on her personal skills and attitude. Also, she could run a brush through her hair and act like she cares at all. Stop on 10/28/24 @ 4:00. I could tell that the staff were even struggling with her attitude. It's too bad because this store was a good location.

One day they will accept cash for delivery, the next you'll need a card. Since when does cash not mean anything?

Worst Philly Cheesesteak ever especially when ordered with easy mayo. It was also cold.

Got the Jacob Bluefinger. Delish!
Clean bright dining room, sweet staff & made the order fast. Bonus: they include the bread that they scoop out of if the middle. Most places just toss it!
So pleased. Good job, E&G!!
