We were missing mac n cheese the first time, got in car and saw we were also missing bacon for one of the sandwiches. Got that sandwich remade, only to have the avocado missing with it. Also forgot the napkins. The whole time, the entire staff did not care at all.

Friendly staff, but the manager really needs to work on her personal skills and attitude. Also, she could run a brush through her hair and act like she cares at all. Stop on 10/28/24 @ 4:00. I could tell that the staff were even struggling with her attitude. It's too bad because this store was a good location.

Got the Jacob Bluefinger. Delish! Clean bright dining room, sweet staff & made the order fast. Bonus: they include the bread that they scoop out of if the middle. Most places just toss it! So pleased. Good job, E&G!!

Ordered a sandwich and half the ingredients were missing, soup was disgusting and sour. When I called to complain, the staff worker offered to send out a new sandwich, which was nice of her, but at this point, I don’t even want another one with how poorly it was made.
Sad to see what was once a great place to eat, now turn into yet another letdown-overpriced establishment.
$17 for food I ended up tossing.

Simple order mix up and the manager refused to correct it. They put avocado on the wrong sandwhich and rather than fixing it she insisted the ticket had it correct so she wouldn’t fix it.

I can't rate the food because I stood in line for quite a while and noticed that none of the 9 people ahead of me had their orders yet. I gave up when the family ahead of me started placing a complicated order with lots of substitutions and omissions, for a group of 5. This is the second time I have visited this location in the past few months and both times it needed a good cleaning.
