We ordered three pizzas for take-out. They told us it would be a half hour, and they would call us. After close to an hour, I stopped back and was told that they weren't yet ready. In total, it took 1.5 hours for three pick-up pizzas and when they brought them out they were cold. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere for take-out pizzas.

I ordered just plain cheeseburgers without anything else on them, and specifically stated again, just cheeseburgers. Then I asked for the four cheeses on them because it sounded good. Arrived home and opened the boxes to find the burgers w/ all the toppings, including the four cheeses. Called, and the waitress started arguing with me over my VERY specific order. 🤨

We went out for my pre birthday dinner, and we had an Awesome Server: Kole went the extra mile to make sure our drinks were full, and let know that our main course was done before our appetizers. He even gave us a discount on our appetizers. We will definitely be back.

Extremely Disappointed – Duluth, MN Location
I’m really disappointed to write this, but after several negative experiences at the Green Mill in Duluth, I feel it’s important to share. My partner and I have now had issues three separate times with incorrect orders and unprofessional service — each time leaving us feeling embarrassed and disrespected.
The first time, my takeout order was mixed up with an employee’s meal. The staff apologized and offered a credit, which I appreciated. Almost a year later, when I tried to use that credit, the staff treated me as though I was lying, despite my receipt as proof. It was uncomfortable, but the issue was eventually resolved, and I still tipped generously because I wanted to give them another chance.
Unfortunately, on our most recent visit, things got worse. We ordered a 16” Pescara pizza with sausage and pepperoni, but it arrived with no pepperoni at all. When I mentioned it, the server argued with me in front of the entire restaurant and insisted I had ordered something else. He later offered only a partial discount and was visibly dismissive.
To make things more uncomfortable, another staff member (the same from our previous visit) came over smiling and said, “Haven’t you been here before?” in a way that felt condescending. My boyfriend, who is biracial, felt the interaction was uncomfortable and disrespectful.
When I finally looked at the bill, it clearly stated sausage and pepperoni — confirming I had been right all along. Only then did the server admit his mistake.
We own a successful business and always tip well (over 20%, even when things go wrong). This isn’t about money — it’s about being treated with basic respect. After multiple issues and the way this last situation was handled, we unfortunately no longer feel comfortable dining at this location.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how their staff communicates with customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with professionalism and courtesy — especially in a place they’re choosing to support.

Minimum wage workers can't be trusted to know that a calzone is supposed to have dipping sauce with it. To add insult to injury you have to wait an hour for sauce to be delivered.

This was the first time I have been in since the remodel. It reminds me of a bar at closing time when they turn on the lights. It now lacks warmth, ambiance and character. The seats in the booth seem sticky somehow, there is no give or slide. Service and food were good, it was the general atmosphere that has changed for the worse, kind of cold and unwelcoming.
