I took my son here for his birthday last night and we were sadly disappointed in the 20 item menu Harbor 360 had to offer. It took a long time for our food to come out. We got Walleye fingers which were decent but the rest of the food was just bland (cheeseburger and chicken wild rice soup.) The views of course we're great but that is the only thing about this spot that makes it special. This used to be a tradition for us but it won't be anymore. At the end of our dinner we had to chase down our waitress to get change for the cash I paid. This place used to be a lot classier, had a decent upscale menu and drinks but we were greatly disappointed and won't be coming back. Not even for breakfast! And we are staying at the Radisson this weekend, the hotel that hosts this restaurant.

I used to work for this place and it was so charming and beautiful. I remember being the host and it was so fun to see everyone. This restaurant deserves 5 stars. It is run by the most talented goddess there ever was. Allow her to truly shine and oh please don’t be afraid to ask her questions you’ll know her when you see her. Love and light always.

Awesome!! This is a must in Duluth. Service is outstanding. The food was hot and served fast with a smile. Views! They have the best view in town. We'll definitely be back. ?

Great views of Duluth Harbor and city. It is right next to the Duluth Railroad Museum.

The view is the only perk I will give this place.
We waited a good 30 minutes for our waitress to get to us, and about another 20 for our food when it really wasn’t too busy. Food was very disappointing plus very little for how much you pay. Our waitress never checked on us, we even had to fill our own waters. Keep in mind there was a table behind us that was also in her section, she just never bothered to take a few more steps to us, but passed us plenty of times.
She even told us once we received our check “You guys really got the raw end of the stick today.” If you knew you weren’t taking care of us well you would think someone would do something to make it better but of course not.
We aren’t ones to make a scene for management either, but looking back, maybe we should of.
Coming from someone who has waitressed at several restaurants, this was beyond ridiculous.
There are plenty of other, better, options in the Duluth/North Shore area.

I love Harbor 360! The service was great, especially when they were short staffed and we had a large group. They communicated well and we're so kind.

The menu is very limited, but what we got was pretty good, not overpriced, and came with the best view in town!

Loud annoying people at the bar. Windows overlooking duluth with hand prints all over them. You may like the food if you enjoy microwave meals on top of Uncle Ben's Rice.
My girlfriend and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Tourist trap.

Beautiful neat location with the rotating tables and views of the Port, river, lakefront, and downtown. Ordered the walleye dinner which tasted great and received food within 20 minutes of ordering. Bartender and waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return next time I’m in town

Staying at the hotel and this is the only option for food without going out. Waiter was pleasant. Food was ok but arrived lukewarm. Took 10 minutes to get an English muffin and it had barely been warmed.

Another year, another restaurant in this location. The view is great, the food is mediocre. So weigh those two things when choosing a dining experience. Not a lot of options for vegetarians/pescatarians, but you take what you can get get. The bathrooms are under serviced. Someone should probably do something about that. We were glad to not have the owners religious views crammed down our throats like the last restaurant in this location. It could be better.

Burnt food, smashed hamburger burnt on both sides, they knew it was bad however they still served it.
It is not the Radisson of years gone by. But there are pros and cons for that. We were expecting something of a fancy dinner accompanied with fancy prices.... Fortunately they are actually very reasonably priced. But it's also somewhat more of a normal menu. We did have the walleye dinner which was good. And of course, the most unique thing is that the restaurant turns around about every hour and 15 minutes giving a view of all the beautiful surrounding hills and the harbor and so forth. So honestly, all in all it was a good experience. Just don't expect the fancy upscale of years gone by, but actually more accessible and affordable version still offering the cool unique overlooking and rotating restaurant!

Good restaurant to check out if it is your first time in the area. Views are great as the restaurant rotates. Food and drink options are limited and could be better. Mediocre, as most have already mentioned. Personally, I ordered the chicken alfredo. Alfredo was great, but the chicken was overly seasoned, causing it to taste salty.
Kid-friendliness: Brought a baby in a carseat with more than enough space to store the carseat under the table as we held the baby during our time there.

Service was okay. Our server was exceptionally nice, but being by herself, she was rushed. Food was subpar, if that. Honestly, on the low side of subpar, given the price that's charged. Truthfully, you pay for the view/experience - which was very interesting. It was the only highlight to the experience. One and done kind of situation so won't be returning.
