Great views, Excellent Breakfast, Decent Prices - My teens and I loved it!
The food is SO mediocre. The prices are cheap (as they should be) because the food is NOT great. The atmosphere is the only thing keeping this place alive. The servers/staff act like they have no idea what they’re doing. Our server set the whole food
tray down on our table, spilled water, and then we witnessed another server go table to table asking if they ordered the food he was holding. It’s unfortunate because this place could be SO cool. If their staff and food were upgraded, they could charge much more and people would keep coming back. The only reason I would ever go back would be for a drink at the bar.

Happy to see another restaurant open up there. I was there Sat and they were so short staffed. I felt bad for the wait staff. Goid was very good. My only complaint was having to go up to the bar for our soda refills. Other then that it was good. Hopefully in the future they start taking reservations

View was so cool, very unique experience. Got the spaghetti and Caesar wrap, both okay, but not overpriced. Sounds like other menu items would have been better but spaghetti was unflavorful and wrap was dry. Unfortunately we overheard a server state that consistently management is not scheduling enough servers. There was a kitchen staff no-show so food took about 45-60 minutes (which was communicated ahead of time by servers). Only 2 servers so service was slower and I was unsure how to ask for a side of extra dressing so waited a while before someone came by. Was not checked on at all/welcomed or wished goodbye. Again, all understandable considering the scheduling but didn’t make for the best experience.

This place was great before it became Harbor 360. Now it worse than a Perkins. The only thing that makes this cool is that it rotates. You seat yourself, you order from a qr code. We ordered fried chicken and waffles, it had a very spicy glaze on it and cut up chicken strip. The menu had no descriptions at all. That could have been good with out the glaze. This place is in need of a refresher and better quality food. Whomever owns this restaurant should be ashamed.

Was here many years ago and it was an outstanding fine dining restaurant. Now not so much. Got appetizers and food at the same time, drinks came much later than the food, nobody checked to see how food was, items were missing never got drink refill that was requested during ordering. They never returnedcto clear plates. They dropped food off and never saw them again. Food was decent but definitely expensive for the lack of service.

We had a good dining experience despite dealing with food intolerances. Most menu items contain dairy and nearly all contain egg.I tried calling to ask about menu ingredients twice within a week ahead of our event which went unreturned. Once there, the waitress was very courteous and helpful in finding us options that won't cause illness. We were with a group of about 30 and the service was quick, accurate and friendly.

was chased down by manager claiming i stole martini glasses
I really enjoyed this experience! I came in early for breakfast and there wasn't much of a crowd. The view was so nice, and being as though I've not made it to Seattle, this was exactly as I'd assume it is there! The waitress was attentive, but not smothering. I sat there and enjoyed the entire rotation which took about an hour but it was such a nice vibe with the decor, music, food and drinks! Ill definitely be back!

Sunday September 21 for breakfast nearly
every table was filthy with dirty dishes because there was only one person working who couldn’t keep up. She tried her best and was very friendly but management never should have left her there alone. The place should have closed. Horrible experience and we are so upset with how management treated our waitress and how little regard management has for the customer experience. I would love to talk to corporate and share my thoughts on how to win back our business.

Dinner was excellent
Breakfast was adequate
Morning server admitted to googling one of their signature drinks…. Claiming it was only her second day
I know post Covid that every bar closes early but it’s a destination for people to watch the harbor, the channel is more active in the evening. Maybe someone else can see the lost opportunity here

3 of us for drinks mainly, but we had the walleye appetizer too. Server was was outstanding and had a great sense of humor. We go every labor day weekend. Restaurant rotates but slowly so doesn't make you uncomfortable. View is amazing

Very cool restaurant. The service was fantastic and the view was wonderful. I can also say their Ringer burger was definitely one of the best burgers I've had in some time.
