I think we caught them on an "off day". The fry bread was kind of stale and the Korean BBQ was dry and under seasoned. The "kimchi coleslaw" was normal slaw with a little kimchi sauce mixed in. There's plenty of interesting options on the menu and we'll go back to check them out.
Hungry Hippie is a hidden gem in Duluth's food culture (If you can even call it hidden). The shop itself had very chill vibes and an outdoor seating court, however, that is not why you should go. Its the food, the food is beyond amazing. Their Northern Gringo taco is a smoked brisket taco with a crunchy fried taco shell. The rest of the menu is filled with fantastic meals too. The price is a little high sitting at 12-14 dollars, but the tacos are well sized for the price....
