I've been here 4-5 times now. Every time I ask for my sandwich to be cut in half and they don't do it. I've also asked multiple times for lettuce and tomato and it's a 50/50 chance you'll get it. Pretty simple order. Let's do better.

I am new to this place. I took a guess as to what I wanted as the crabby looking guy was trying to await my high-pressure anxiety driven decision. Thankfully food was wonderful. Some day I will return and attempt to view the menu more completely if there is a longer line ahead of me.
Parking: Parking lot was full because a pickup and trailer parked sideways across three spots. We drove loops while others left the parking lot.

Very nice staff/great food: My best friend introduced me to this place & I decided to stop again on my own out of convenience today. It was just going on 11am on July 29. Early day - early lunch. The food has been amazing but let's take a moment to appreciate people being treated well. I could tell they were getting ready for lunch rush with online orders already lining up. An older gentleman quickly slides in & says "I decided to stay & help you guys out until (fill in the blank here)." Whatever the reason was I assume he was some kind of manager because he offered me a pop while I waited for my order. He went behind the counter and preceded to have what looked like a very kind & genuine conversation with the young man (a generation or so younger than him). I could tell the way he made his employees feel by the look of relief, the way their shoulders automatically relaxed and positive expressions as they interacted with him. As I sat outside, within minutes the parking lot filled up. I have worked for employers that expect you to turn into super human servants when someone can't be there and then chew you out for not being capable of doing the job of 2-3 people. Kudos to whoever this manager was for tagging in and helping the team be successful. The entire atmosphere changed to pure calm when he walked in.

Manager Mike was very rude and disrespectful. I can not believe the way I was treated in front of a store full of customers. Was told I was being overly sensitive! I hope our interaction does not happen to anyone else. Very sad because I loved this store. If I could give minus stars on customer service I would!

My granddaughter and I stopped for the first time at this location. We were greeted by a friendly young man and then ordered. My granddaughter asked for no peppers on her sandwich but got them anyway. I asked for lettuce, tomato, no onion, but got no tomatoes.
