Exactly what you expect from JJ's except...they no longer have crunchy Jalapeños!!! If the dude at the counter didn't share my pain of removing the best condiment from their menu, this might have been a 1 star rating. BRING CRUNCHY JALAPEÑOS BACK!!!

I usually use the app to deliver. I work in a building that many of us will order for lunch. Their most recent afternoon/Evening delivery driver is so kind and so friendly and we really appreciate him!! The food is always fast and delicious too

Parking: Super one parking lot it's expansive parking.
Made the mistake of typing in the wrong phone number (I wrote 14 instead of 13, simple typo mistake) and the manager on shift was very unprofessional (screaming at me when they finally got the *right* phone number and then proceeded to argue with me when I was doing my best to calmly explain to her and apologized for MY mistake).Hearing that this is a franchise location and that disrespectful behavior paired with it?? Not surprising at all. I can't relate, from one manager to another.. I would've faced huge repercussions if I ever handled a situation the way this lady did. Anyways, from time to time I order delivery from here in the evenings and I think I'll stick to that!! Whoever is managing day/afternoon needs an attitude check. Never again.Night staff keep doing what you do best!!

With "Now Hiring" signs on the window, during our visit a woman came in with a couple grocery bags from the store next door and asked to speak to the manager about a job. The kid behind the counter said he would be out shortly, never handing her an application. To his credit, he was the only one making sandwiches and waiting on people. She said she'd wait for him. Another employee came out, older than the first, and she asked if he was the manager. He said no, he's in the back, and left on a delivery. She waited in total about 10 minutes with no more acknowledgement from an employee. The "manager" did finally came out, looked her direction, grabbed himself a cup and filled it at the pop station, and went in the back to chat with the other younger employee. She sat a few more minutes with the employees continuing to ignore her. She was clearly upset, grabbed her bags, and left without anyone ever speaking to her again. The manager continued on as if nothing happened. That now hiring sign should include his job, too. Uncalled for.

This specific location of Jimmy John’s sells the tiniest portions of sandwiches I have ever received from a Jimmy John’s restaurant and messed up 2/4 of our orders while we were the only customer there at the time in slow business hours. Terrible service.
Thoroughly enjoyed the summer wraps - both the Chicken Jalapeño and Chicken Caesar variants! Big Jones is another favorite that never disappoints. The staff and atmosphere here always enhance the experience!

Had a pickup for Saturday afternoon 7/22 for wedding snacks for bridal party. Order was about 25 min late. Had to wait in store, which for the record, isn’t the end of the world, but the employees were just mean. I had to grab bags from behind their counter to bag all the chips I bought (lol). Highly recommend to get bullied by 20 year old hipsters as you wait for your food. Have self respect and order from somewhere else (lesson learned)

This was our first time eating at Jimmy John's. I eat dairy free and the online menu allowed me to find out what all the ingredients were and what I could safely eat. The bread was super fresh and the subs were delicious. We ate here several times on our Spring Break vacation while traveling through Duluth.
Dietary restrictions: The bread is dairy free and as long as you don't have cheese there was a lot of selection.

Was a favorite until I got the wrong order, the guy who took my order copped an attitude because he misheard me and ended giving me my actual order free. Though he wasn't happy about it. Haven't eaten there since. Such a shame because I really enjoy the food.
