This specific location of Jimmy John’s sells the tiniest portions of sandwiches I have ever received from a Jimmy John’s restaurant and messed up 2/4 of our orders while we were the only customer there at the time in slow business hours. Terrible service.

Had a pickup for Saturday afternoon 7/22 for wedding snacks for bridal party. Order was about 25 min late. Had to wait in store, which for the record, isn’t the end of the world, but the employees were just mean. I had to grab bags from behind their counter to bag all the chips I bought (lol). Highly recommend to get bullied by 20 year old hipsters as you wait for your food. Have self respect and order from somewhere else (lesson learned)

Thoroughly enjoyed the summer wraps - both the Chicken Jalapeño and Chicken Caesar variants!Big Jones is another favorite that never disappoints. The staff and atmosphere here always enhance the experience!

This was our first time eating at Jimmy John's. I eat dairy free and the online menu allowed me to find out what all the ingredients were and what I could safely eat. The bread was super fresh and the subs were delicious. We ate here several times on our Spring Break vacation while traveling through Duluth.Dietary restrictions: The bread is dairy free and as long as you don't have cheese there was a lot of selection.

Was a favorite until I got the wrong order, the guy who took my order copped an attitude because he misheard me and ended giving me my actual order free. Though he wasn't happy about it. Haven't eaten there since. Such a shame because I really enjoy the food.

My wife ordered a number 15 with no tomatoes, extra cucumbers and mayo. It came with tomatoes, no mayo. The extra cucumbers somehow found their way onto my BLT. It showed up fast though.

Once again this what I do, stopped here after leaving the super one foods, entered store wasn't greeted properly, once again customer service is everything where I am spending my hard earned money, not only did the guy making the sandwich not greet me properly but the one that approached the register didn't greet me properly, I know theirs a lot of racism here in Duluth, Minnesota but I didn't think it was to this degree, once I tried to school him on proper customer service, the young white boy walked away, not black people friendly, don't support this location. I bought absolutely nothing. Corporate train those that work for u better.. will never eat here.

Not sure if the staff was being rude, or if they’re just incompetent. I asked for a sandwich on wheat bread and was initially told that they did not have wheat bread, but then was told that they did… but they had to slice the bread. When I asked if they would slice some bread, I was met with a blank stare and no verbal response. So I left. Hopefully for the staff’s sake, no one else asked them such difficult questions the rest of their shift.
Don't bother ordering online, it's designed to late.

I ordered a BLT Unwich with no tomato and extra bacon. I recieved a less then mediocre sandwich. Two pieces of bacon and lots of tomatos, i see a spot of mayo i think. I called to express my concern and was told the manager would speak to me and i needed to hold for 1 minute.... Its now been 13 minutes and no one is picking up there held call.... WORST PLACE ON THE PLANET TO ORDER FROM. . Finally after 15 minutes spoke to the manager... she was extremely rude and stated" Well what do you want me to do about it? Im the only one here making sandwiches!" WOW!!!!!

Day staff are amazing! Our small office frequently orders delivery as we constantly forgetting our lunches or hear someone else ordering so we decide to order. Although this location is a few miles away, delivery has been quick and orders have been correct. Want to give a big shout out to Megan and her staff for helping make our boss's bday lunch delivery extra special. Totally went above and beyond!
