The restaurant itself has one of the most incredible views over Deluth. The table rotates for a panoramic view over the whole city.Food and drink wise - absolutely on point and prices weren’t that bad. They don’t skimp on the quality.Best part however was the service. We had Tony A. as a waiter. Never have we ever had a better/ more attentive and personable waiter. Ask for him when you stop by.

We stayed at the Radisson in Duluth and dined at the Apostle Supper Club on our last night before we left. It was our first time experiencing the revolving restaurant which has amazing views of Duluth. It sets up a great relaxing ambiance for great restaurant with great food. We had a wonderful time & will definitely visit again.

We started at the radisson this restaurant is in and went for breakfast. They have a limited menu but the basics. The food was overpriced and simply not good. The bacon was so overdone it crumbled, and sausages too hard to cut with a fork. The biscuits and gravy was “yellow” and lumpy. They overbooked my eggs because “they don’t do basted”, so they came over hard. They did fix these to over easy, though this did not help the rest of the order. No need to go for food. Go for drinks and view, but pass on the food!

I had really high expectations for this place as I tried the St Paul location and it was fantastic. I’ve always wanted to come here for the view, which did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful and can’t top it. The food however, I have mixed feelings. We got the octopus which was delicious!! For our meal, we both got the lamb. Honestly it was hard for me to eat it ? It’s recommended to be served medium rare, and it was literally jiggly and raw. The yogurt they serve with it tasted bitter and sour. Overall, I definitely would try them again but was hoping for better entrees. Side note would be that it was extremely hot in there.

Y'all I've found a new favorite Twin Ports restaurant. "The Apostle" at the top of the Radisson in Downtown Duluth is hands-down the most amazing food I've had in the area, AND most of their menu was gluten free (and properly noted on the menu which isn't as common in the Twin Ports). This is a must when celiac disease calls the shots 24/7. This review may not be seen by many gluten free people as we tend to like the find me gf app (gluten free people rate places to assess safety), but I am hopeful that the management knows just how truly grateful the gf community is for their accommodations for those who are gastrointestinally disadvantaged and avoid going out to eat.Our server (Tony Armstrong!), is a fantastic conversationalist and knows the menu well. He took an extra amount of time to chat to make sure he was noting everything correctly and chatted with the chefs to make sure everything was done to accommodate my sensitivity around cross contamination with gluten. For those with celiac/allergies to gluten-containing grains, clean pans were used that hadn't been used as well as delivery by the chef themselves to make sure all was gf. Their ingredients were sourced knowing how to accommodate the most people possible. The lighting was perfect for the atmosphere but my pictures don't do these dishes justice! We also had the veggie platter (crudité) with perfectly cooked veggies and a wide assortment (10+ veggies of assorted colors, textures and flavors). I was blown away at the plating that we dug in without taking a picture! On top of all of this, the food was out of this world, and ingredients were thoughtfully chosen. For example, the veggie plate (crudité) had sun butter (sunflower seed butter) with probably 10 or more assorted veggies to accommodate those with other issues around peanuts and tree nuts. Everything tasted good with the sun butter (even the cauliflower which was lightly charred and olives to my surprise!). There were also many vegetarian and vegan options (some were gluten free) for those looking for these options. The prime rib and pork loin dishes were out of this world and arguably the best food in Duluth!Make sure to make reservations in advance to make sure they can accommodate you and your group!Whether a visitor or local, you need to visit the Apostle.#apostlerestaurant #duluthraddison #duluthmn #glutenfreefood #glutenfree #celiacdisease #celiaclife #twinportsfoodies Twin Ports Foodies Gluten Free Twin Cities Minnesota Celiac Travel Gluten Free Central MNVegetarian options: See menu photo as of 3/17/2023- menu indicated vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options (or if could be made by request). This is a trendy attractive restaurant, but the service is marginal, and the pricing outrageous . In addition to high pricing they continue to nickel dime you with $1 charge for extra salad dressing, $1 for extra tartar sauce, health & wellness fees, etc! A very poor overall value. Never again.

My husband and I dined in for our 1st wedding anniversary, we were served by Tony who is an absolute top knotch staff member. He was very welcoming and made you feel nothing less than important. We think he is our new favorite server. Both of us enjoyed our flavorful meals and beverages, and the jello cake was amazing. The kindness from all staff was impressive, the atmosphere was devine, and the night time view of Duluth was beautiful. The experience was memorable, we will be back. Thank you Tony!

We had a wonderful time at Apostle Supper Club in Duluth last night! I had the rainbow trout with crispy kale and roasted radishes, and my wife had the fish fry with aioli tartar. She also had a wonderful old fashioned and we shared the homemade pineapple inside down cake with vanilla bean ice cream. Yum! The ambiance was casual but romantic, and it was fun to see Duluth and beautiful Lake Superior from all angles while the restaurant rotated as we dined. (Lots of fun selfie opportunities!)The food was fabulous, but even it paled in comparison to the stellar service our server Tony provided. He was knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the restaurant. He provided us with information about the owner of the restaurant and all the charitable work they do around the world feeding the hungry (check out “Purpose Restaurants”) He also talked about how they took care of their staff during the pandemic layoff period when bars and restaurants were forced to close temporarily, even paying for rent and groceries for their employees. This was our first visit, but definitely will not be our last!

My husband and I were celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary and we had stayed at the Radisson on our wedding night. We were thrilled with our experience. We ordered the charred calamari which was delectable. The Beet and Burrata Salad was sensational. Just beware if you were dentures as the peppercorns can cause some problem. My husband has celiac and the menu has many gluten free options and everything was well marked. I had the Ya Ba DaBa, a huge beef rib, that just melted in my mouth. It was succulent and rich and I took half of it home. My husband had the pork tenderloin and the flavor as fantastic, the meat was however a little tough. We were treated by Tony, our server, to Pot de Creme, which was absolutely sinfully good. I want to say a special thanks to Tony. He treated us as if we were royalty. He answered all our questions fully and accurately. He gave us truly impeccable service. Finally, the view of the revolving restaurant is spectacular. Duluth and Lake Superior make you so appreciative of living in such a special place.

Cozy atmosphere with awesome views! We wanted something light and fresh to start off our meal. Tony our server recommended the Crudité. It consisted of assorted Vegetables, Pickles and Olives with Toasted Sunflower Seed Dressing. The sunflower butter was amazing and made the vegetables pop! For dinner we had The 8oz. filet mignon and it was good but we also ordered the Yabba Dabba Do and that was phenomenal! Braised Beef Long Rib in Beefy Whiskey Glaze and Seared Wild Mushrooms. The whiskey glaze was memorable and the meat was tender and melted in your mouth. Sides were the au gratin potatoes. It was like a lasagna made of potatoes very very good. However the best part of the night and our experience came from our server Tony! He was friendly and knowledgeable and made awesome recommendations to make our dinner experience top notch. If you go here to eat be sure to ask for Tony to be your server… he is a valuable asset to this restaurant!

We went there in December 2022. Food was a bit hit and miss. The cheese fondue was nice, but we were served almost ice cold carrots to dip into the cheese. They were way to cold. We also had the fish and chips. The fish was nice and crispy, but the fries were already quite cold when they came to our table. Overall just ok

Had the best time at New Years Eve dinner. Our server Tony made the night even more enjoyable. Incredible food, drinks, and service. We learned more about the city of Duluth, and my boyfriend has proclaimed the lamb rack as the best lamb he’s ever had. 10/10 recommend ?

This was my first time here. It was a unique experience with the revolving restaurant. It was neat to see Duluth all lit up for Christmas and seeing Bentleyville while we were enjoying our meal was great. The people were great. Will definitely be going back.

I ordered the fondue app in this 60s vibe restaurant and the cheese was served, Luke warm in a soup bowl with cold, limp vegetables and tasteless toast. No fondue pot? It took 30 minutes to receive our first coctail. We had to change our coctail order due to missing ingredients. My lobster Mac was cold. The sauce tasted store bought. The braised beef was cold and impossibility tough to consume with a gravy that was not cooked enough to remove the flour taste. Slow braised beef should be tender due to the cooking method and I serve mine with a demi-glase. The salad was warm, limp and overdressed. The croutons tasted old and tasteless. My wife and I spent $143.00. The waiter was inattentive. The young man that delivered our courses was fabulous! He was friendly and made us feel great. This young man should be the GM of the restaurant. I will try the St.Paul location and hope it's better.

We waited at the door for five mins without being greeted. The bartender was right there not too busy and four staff members walked by without saying anything. When the hostess emerged from the restroom we were sat finally. We waited another ten mins before we’re were greeted by the server. We asked if they were short staffed and the server said not all the tools in the shed are very sharp here. The view was awesome over Bentleyville and the space is really cool. Where to begin about the food. They were out of everything we tried ordering, so went for just the fondue and chopped salad to start while we figure out entrees. The fondue is a microwaved dish of cheese with carrots, broccoli, and toasted baguette. Super disappointing. They say they offer deconstructed versions of classic dishes. They take all the good parts of the fondue out of the dish and you are left with a like warm ball of goop. The salad was tiny and missing the bacon. They were out. Our waters never came, no on checked on us, and the sad starters made us grab burgers down the street. Come for the view and drinks but don’t waste your money on the crap food.
