Got in line at drive thru and made my order. Was asked to pull to window. Pulled up as they finished serving the customer before me. Gentleman looked directly at me and walked away. Sat there for several minutes. Still nothing said or anything. After several minutes and ended up driving away

They’re great during the week just avoid going here on a Sunday. After six pm every time I come here on a Sunday you’ve gotta wait inline that doesn’t move for at least 20 min only to be told they don’t have what I want or it’s going to be a long wait time. I’ve gone in when the drive through was backed up only to see the young employees playing around and on their phones. But any other day of the week when a manager is there service is great. Drive through moves along nicely. Hopefully they can get this straightened out

Ordered 'Original' 2 piece meals. Freshly made/assembled. Friendly Counter person. Dining area immaculate. Restroom was equally clean. Unfortunately, fewer and fewer KFCs are available in SE Wisconsin, hence our search for one while traveling outside our home area.

Great service, Always kind. They do bring it out rather quick. I sit at other fast food places much longer. I think it is really rude when other customers complain about wait time knowing every business is short handed. The food is ALWAYS excellent. The ladies in early afternoon are always sooo kind, as well as the other workers later in the day. People have to realize this is the only KFC in X amount of miles. Anywho, GREAT all the way around.
Recommended dishes: Gravy, KFC Famous Bowl, KFC Sauce, Sides, 8 PC Chicken Meal
