Have a door dash order for pickup and they closed the front does 15-20 mins earlier than their closing time and I could see employees and I was knocked on the Door and they ignored me. Had to go to the drive through to get my food, there was no sign or anything to let me know about that. I could see my food on the counter....

an employee named shelby forgot my gravy and my utensils for my mashed potatoes (and supposedly gravy) when i paid for the gravy. i didn't think i would be crying over some damn gravy, but my grandma just died and i was looking forward to eating em' when i got home. DO BETTER KFC, YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE IN TOWN.

Remembered why I hadn't eaten from there in years. The chicken breading was soggy with no flavor, and the chicken was fatty and chewy. I probably won't have it again any time soon. Kwik Trip fried chicken is much better.

Went there at 6pm waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes when I finally get to the speaker the guy told me he would get to me whenever. 10 mins later he came back on very rudely and took my order. Acted like I was disturbing his time. Ordered and pulled up to the window and waited 10 more mins before he even came to the window then another 8 mins to get my food. 1 hour and 13 minutes is not acceptable for any visit. Just found out this KFC exists! Came from over an hour away to get dinner! Clean, friendly, and tastes just like I remember!
