The Calabrian shrimp pasta and tonkatsu ramen were absolutely to die for! The affogato and bread pudding were also incredible. It actually reminded me of Vietnamese coffee, which was especially impressive. From the drinks and food to the atmosphere, live music, and service, everything was phenomenal. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

Good service the decor was super cute. Feels more like a bar restaurant than brewery. Gave lower score on food/beverage because they don’t do complimentary tastes of there beer which maybe would have been okay but we were charged 4.50 a 4oz. Pour which I think is too $$. We bought a crowler for $11 and two tastes and the bill was over $20!!

The Kayak Kolsch is the best Kolsch in Duluth. The smash burger (whether original or korean) is the best smash burger I've ever eaten - and it's great every time.
Lake Superior Brewing's staff is always attentive plus the bar tends to have interesting people to talk to, if you're into that!

Only stopped in for a beer, but was immediately welcomed by the smell of baked pizzas and the wonderful smell of fresh brewed beer once I set foot in the front door. The patio was vibrant and packed with people eating and drinking. Their Kolsch was excellent and I'd recommend it.

Could be a great place, if only they didn't request a credit/debit card number as soon as you walk in. I like to choose our own table and not being assigned one. Good fungi pizza but way too much garlic. Very good beer
