The whole environment is off. The staff argued in front of customers. The pepperoni crazy puffs were extremely burnt, and melded together. The pizzas were cold and very greasy. I get you pay for convenience and fast service, but this is a different level of neglectful and it's obvious they get away with it. This location has gone down hill. It's definitely worth finding another store to avoid this one.

I personally love Little Caesars Pizza but I had a really poor experience when I visited this particular location. When I first drove up about 30 minutes before closing their outside lights were all off. I tried to get help from the staff making an online order to get the $4.99 each for 2 pizzas but when I stepped outside to my car to get something with 10 minutes left before closing they immediately locked the door. I tried calling the location and one of the staff just looked at the phone and didn't pick up. My wife and I were both really hungry, we hadn't eaten all day and we had over an hour long drive back home. As someone who's worked in fast food I understand the desire to close as soon as possible but if your hours say you close at 10pm why do you turn off the outside lights 30 minutes before and lock the doors 10 minutes before? Especially right as a customer leaves to get something from his car that was parked right in front of the door.

I'm not a fan of the hot and ready pizzas because I want fresh.... Told the cashier I wanted a pepperoni pizza made fresh and that I would wait, he told me he can't do that because he has to sell what's in the box first... Took the on from the box and guess what the pizza is straight garbage!!!! I will never be going to this little Caesars again and I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. If you want good pizza go somewhere else.

Worst little caesars I've ever been to. Rude staff, always seem to be overwhelmed and behind. I've gotten multiple orders undercooked with raw dough in center. Long wait times. Sad part is that I love LCs I used to work at one when I was a kid and when I crave it I'm always disappointed when I go to this location.
