Good ice cream just not my favorite style i prefer soft and super creamy like cold stone. When i went to take a spoonful it broke into multiple pieces that i had to gather up on my mini spoon. It just seemed kind of brittle like it didnt want to stay together. Wonderful atmosphere and kind people though!

Went here a little bit ago while vacationing in Duluth with my sister. We both LOVED the ice cream here, enough that we bought some of the pints to take back home with us! The strawberry basil was the best ice cream flavor I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back!

First off, we did very much appreciate the gluten free waffle cones (rare to find) and lots of gluten free ice cream flavors. However the flavors we tried were not as impressive as we hoped, the line was long, feels rushed once at the counter, and the price is high.

So yummy! As a family there was something for everyone, gluten free and vegan! All of the flavors were delicious and exciting. Great spot to go and also to support - with their carefully curated, local ingredients. The staff were patient and helpful, everyone seemed happy to be there.

was one of the customers who bore witness to some kind of manager mistreating her employees. Older lady with brown hair. Berated her employee in front of an entire line of people. embarrassing look…. Only left this review to corroborate…. Can confirm this is a frequent spot of mine and this is genuinely the second time I’ve seen this happen. I feel second hand embarrassment for her…. that is absolutely no way to treat your staff-couldn’t pick up on everything that was said, but what I did hear was disheartening and I hope to god that staff member is 1. okay, and 2. finds another employer that has common decency and respect for their workers. 😪my family and I will not be returning. As much as my kids loved the ice cream, we will not support a business that allows this kind of management to go unchecked…. to the lady in which this review was made in regard to, learn how to handle grievances with your working staff professionally and respectfully. Lead with integrity, you need to seriously reflect on the way you carry yourself…. I want to encourage her to have handled this privately, but given how belittling she was publicly, I don’t even wish to imagine what would have been said behind closed doors…. what a scene. 😖stunning lack of emotional control….

Whoever the female employee ( I assume was a supervisor) that blew up at a food delivery driver on Friday, 8/1/25 at around 12-12:30pm needs to learn that her irritation towards a guy that delivered her lunch to her in 100% unprofessional. She came in the lobby of the store to greet the driver who had been patiently waiting for her for several minutes. The employee enters the lobby, which had a line to the door of customers, to yell at him for not paying attention to her directions and saying he needs to leave the store now in such a nasty manner. The customers in line even apologized to him for being treated this way by the staff. Honestly, I can't believe no other employees confronted this lady. For a touristy area that should preach Minnesota nice, this employee was anything but. Only reason for not 1 star is because our order was good and we received good service from another employee.
