Worse McDonalds I’ve ever been too, drive thru doesn’t work, have to order at the window, and no one knows what the heck they are doing and mess up your order

Me and a friend and my mother went to try the grinch meal, so we order 3 of them. Well 30 mins go by, still no food not even drinks and definitely no update on our food. So I go up and say our situation, and am meet with the worker saying they must have missed it….mind you there was like 2 other people who were eating. So then we finally get our food, well 2/3 of it. So THEN we had to wait another 30 mins. Then they had the nerve to say their short staffed when they had 4 people working, over all dont come here if you don’t want to wait over an hour or two.

Worst experience with fast food ever. There is a sign to pull up to the first window to order. After a 30 minute wait to get to the window. A employee gets of their chair in sweat pants and a hoodie to ask us “what do ya need” Once we placed our order and waited to make it to the next window about 10 cars got out of line. Finally making it to the last window we were given an incomplete order. Corporate needs to come out and get this place back on track.

The absolute slowest drive thru in fast food history..employees just laugh and don't care one bit. Multi cars left along with me. This has happened multiple times in the past years and im finally done with it. Better off to drive to Hermantown or west duluth!

This place is so nasty! No one wears hair nets or hats, people in pajamas, looked like a 10 year working the registers with some awesome language, worker's have their kids there and they walk in the food area with socks on. This place needs to close permanently! Gross!

Quite possibly the worst McDonalds in Duluth. I would have more sympathy if more stores were like this, but no. It’s just this McDonald’s. Over 20 minute wait for 1 meal. And then once you get the food it’s cold. Then you see nothing but everyone standing around not doing anything. They seriously need to keep this place shut down. Or fire all the employees and hire ones that are competent.

This place is really wild. Dirty, slow, you don’t get what you ordered/paid for. I submitted to that feedback form they keep suggesting on here but did not hear anything back. No offer for a refund for the two items that I paid of and never received, no nothing. We are at the public shaming phase of this. My 9 year old wanted to thank you for the happy meal with no toy too. Really made her day. While you are “cleaning” that place for a month now, you might as well move the soda machines back into the lobby while you are at it.
I honestly think this whole place should be leveled. I have never had a good experience at this location. After seeing all the other reviews I’d be scared to eat anything from here.

Used the app to place an order at 10:58pm pulled into Drive up 10:59 waited 2 min no crew member helped me, pulled around started to show the girl at the window my app order at 10:58 was ignored, when she finally acknowledged me there was told to cancel order they were closed, even though I was there before closing. Her attitude was poor. Being a GM of a local business I would never accept that from my employees.

Always have problems with this location. This morning I got a breakfast burrito and asked for picante sauce. they gave me a packet of mustard instead. my orange juice was warm as well.
