Went through the drive through and ordered a cheeseburger bundle. When I got home I didn't have any cheeseburgers. I called they said they would send me a coupon in the mail I never received it. I call back up there and they hang up on me and take the phone off the hook.

Totally incompetent people work at this location. Ordered through mobile 10 minutes prior to arriving and waited 20 minutes for the $5 deal. No carbonation in my wrong soda, and took 10 minutes to learn to work the drink machine. No other customers inside or in the drive through. Overall worst fast food experience in all my years.

Umm disgusting comes to mind. Found a big black hair in my biscuit and it ruined a beloved childhood breakfast of mine till this day

Waited 20 minutes for our food. Manager (I'm assuming) brought it out and said it was "made fresh" when in fact the fries were cold to the touch. Checked our bag and we were missing a Mcdouble. Got home and the happy meal was missing sauce and was super cold since we got it while waiting at the window initially. I'll make the extra drive to go to a different McDonald's.

Sat in the drive up spot for 30 minutes and nobody else was there had to go inside and ask about my order and they said they had it just sitting there the last 15 minutes and gave it to me. All the food was cold. Most of the workers were messing around when I went inside. The whole restaurant smelled of weed especially when at the counter talking to the workers. I’ve read through all the recent reviews most seeming to have similar experiences and also there is no reply’s to these reviews making me believe nobody reads these.

I ordered online 15 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait 20 minutes at the drive thru window. There was only one car ahead of me for the first half of the time I waiting. After such a long wait my food was somehow cold and they didn't give me the sauces I ordered. It was ridiculously frustrating.

Came here to get a cheeseburger meal deal and my cheese burger came without cheese. My girlfriends cheeseburger came with out onions and the bun was also hard on as a rock on both sides. The fries and nuggets were good though!
