I told an employee there was no toilet paper in a women's bathroom stall. She stared through me and didn't respond. She just walked away. I'm thinking, "I'm sorry ma'am. I just didn't appreciate having to use the baby changing table pads for wiping". But, I'll say it here.

Ordered a crispy, it came with nothing on it. Dry and nasty. No sauce in any of the bags after specifically asking for it. Fry’s were cold, and spilt. Drinks were NOT diet after specifically asking. Service was slow and poor. Not coming back

Today Nolan showed great professionalism and dedication to his team and the company I am very pleased how he handled himself with a guest who was in need of using the kiosk machine to palace his order without any hesitation he stepped in and took the customers order at the register, I thought this was very kind and helpful. Employees here are amazing and underpaid for what they do. That's where anything positive ends. Prices are through the roof now, you can sit down at a restaurant and get much higher quality food for the same price. Quality and size of products have severely declined. Everything has shrunk while prices have skyrocketed. The app does have deals worth using anymore so I un-installed it and have stopped getting "food" at any mcdonalds anymore. Corporate greed has absolutely ruined this company. Absolute garbage food, at least it used to be cheap (and much much much better).
