Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese on the drive-thru. It was inedible. It looked like they had taken two regular patties and overcooked them and slapped some cheese on there. I saw some pickles but no other condiments and no onions. I had to throw it away it tasted so bad.

Arrived 20 minutes before close as we were on a road trip. We didn't realize they were closing when we arrived. The people working were very nice and let us finish our food in the lobby even though by the time the food came out it was almost closing time.They were all friendly and polite. Thankful for your staff and the work they do. Keep up the good work.

I’m not a huge fan of McDonald’s food, but my grandkids love it, so I usually bring them here. The staff is always very friendly and courteous, and the food is quick and hot. If you eat inside, it’s a nice little area, always clean and usually not crowded.Kid-friendliness: Kids love McDonald’s. What can I say?

The staff here works really hard. It was just weird, when I went in to address an issue, to see that not a single person on the backlone was wearing a uniform. Not too mad about it. Was more upset about the bottom-of-the-bin, unsalted fries, but that issue was fixed quickly.
Shitty food, found a skanky ass toenail in my patty won't be returning! I am being generous with 1 star because the sodie was good. Not good, terrible food and expensive for fast food!

This is a great McDonald's. I give it 5 stars for the staff and franchise owner. The staff are consistently friendly and the preparation is consistent no matter how busy they are. I've never given a review to a fast food restaurant but I want to give recognition to a crew where it is well deserved. I visit the London Rd location generally every two weeks. Sometimes at breakfast, sometimes at dinner and sometimes late night. I usually use the app (highly recommended) or drive thru.
