Had a problem with an order and asked to see the manager. She came up to counter and sarcasticly said What's the problem. She acted like we were putting her out. Absolutely no regard for customer service and she had no intention of correcting the problem. She and another employee both admitted that the sign for the breakfast combos falsely showed the OJ coming with them. She told us if you want the OJ you'll have to pay extra. This was the rudest encounter I've ever had with someone that is supposedly in management. No wonder the turn over at this location is so high and the employees that stay or so rude. You're only as good as your leader.

Had 15+ cars pass me while I was waiting 40 mins for 2 simple breakfast sandwiches and hasbrowns. They were fulfilling breakfast entrees before my sandwhiches! Had to go inside where I was the only one at the counter and between 7 or so staff (including management) no one cared to acknowledge i was there for several minutes.. absolute joke! This place needs some customer service training because it's apparent they have none. I got a refund and don't plan on returning. 0 stars.

This location is a joke. Every time I go there they have some story as to why I have to pull forward for simple orders. I order online to make it smoother and they still get your orders messed up and they are RUDE! Don't use this location if you're in a hurry or if you have an order with things that are altered from the menu. All they card about is their drive thru times and it is annoying!
