Pulled forward to wait for a quarter pounder with no bun and the patty came cold, mushy and undercooked. The patty was pink all the way through, wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese.

Food was typical and service was nice. No open restrooms. Had to get manager to come back. I think they have been having some issues but it was very clean inside.
The girl with the strawberry blonde hair seriously needs a raise or something, she was so nice and she's only seen me a few times and remembered who I was and as soon as I walked in she's already handing me my cup, I'm use to getting it with my order because I do pick up orders, seconds later she already helping another person and then helps puts food in the bag. Also thank you to the cooks my food was hot and really good

I usually have great experiences at this McDonald's and come here pretty often. Most of the time, everything goes smoothly, and in the mornings there's a very kind employee who always compliments me and truly makes my day. Tonight was the complete opposite. The only thing open was the drive through and they didn't have a single other car, and the interaction I had was truly unacceptable. An employee raised her voice at me with an insanely rude attitude, shut the window while I was speaking, and behaved in a way that made me very belittled. I misheard a short instruction and, for that mistake, was treated like I'd done something egregious. No matter where you work that is not how a customer should be treated.
I'll do my part. I misheard, sorry I'll hear the mumbling over a speaker better next time? But there's no excuse for staff escalating to talking back and dismissive attitude over a three-word misunderstanding. This was unprofessional, unnecessary, and left me embarrassed and in tears.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s location. While waiting for my rewards code to load at the drive-thru, my 2-year-old started crying in the back seat. I briefly drove around to give the app time to load, and as I passed the side door, I saw an employee standing outside with her headset on — she clearly and loudly mocked my baby’s crying voice. My windows were rolled up, and I still heard it. When I pulled back around and placed my order, she was now at the window and acted overly sweet, probably realizing I had heard her. She only charged me $0.22 for my large fry since the code still wasn’t working — which honestly saved her from getting an earful because that behavior was completely uncalled for. Mocking a crying baby is immature, unprofessional, and frankly disgusting customer service. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience crossed a line.
For reference, the employee had all pink hair and a black septum piercing.
