Decent food but the restaurant doesn’t support law enforcement officers so I won’t be eating here again.

Beware of sitting where you please. I'm assuming it was the cook and dishwasher that needed the smoke break. It was already cold sitting on the wall side of the restaurant. Before closing while it was 5° and during a Gale Warning the door next to my booth (little did I know since it was my first time dining) led to the patio I'm assuming so I was blasted with cold air 4 times! I'm Minnesota grown but that was incredibly rude and the staff didn't seem to care.

Very good food and generous helpings. We had one lunch and one dinner (and leftovers!). Our waitress, Tessa, was great. We hadn't been there in awhile, and it was always good, but today it was EXCELLENT!

Waited 30 minutes for a table, once we were seated, in a half empty restaurant, ordered and proceeded to wait 30 minutes to find out they didn't have shrimp, changed that order to fish tacos, 30 minutes after that we were told they were out of fish. So after an hour, in a mostly empty restaurant, we left with empty stomachs. Do better.

We ordered enchiladas, arroz con pollo, the Jarocho, kids’ chicken nuggets and fries, and the kids’ combination plate. Overall, the food was decent but leaned heavily toward Americanized Mexican cuisine. Surprisingly, the best-tasting dish at our table was the kids’ combination plate with the taco.

The arroz con pollo had nicely seasoned chicken, but the rice was overly greasy, likely from the cheese melted into it. The enchiladas were decent. The Jarocho, while flavorful, was also quite greasy. The kids’ chicken nuggets and fries were disappointing, the fries were the frozen smiley-face kind, and the nuggets were clearly store-bought rather than freshly made. Our kids didn't complain and ate it.

What truly stood out, in a positive way, was the service. Our waitress was phenomenal, warm, friendly, and incredibly personable. The staff supporting her was equally kind and welcoming.

The restaurant is located inside a multi-level warehouse filled with shops and dining options. The décor is nice, but the food doesn’t quite match the prestige of the overall location. If you’re craving Mexican food catered to American tastes, this spot may work for you.

Chips and salsa were served right away and were genuinely good, generous portions and great flavor, just try not to fill up on them before your meal arrives.

I apologize in advance I didn't take a photo before eating lol. But atleast it shows the filling and portion size.

Review:
I ordered the Chipotle burrito. A generous portion size with great ratio fillings. I was worried there was going to be less meat filling but I was surprised. I ordered steak meat as the option, well seasoned and nicely chared.

I arrived just as the restaurant opened. Service took a little while to get my order. I would like to come back next time to see how the restaurant normally operates later in the day to give a more fair review of the customer service. Overall staff was friendly and helpful on explaining food options such as local favorites and staff favorites on the menu.

I would recommend this location for Mexican cuisine in the duluth area.

Waited for hosted to seat us and 20 minutes later we decided to sit at the bar to get food and hostess as asked to move us because of my son(minor) who doesn’t drin. I explained we waited for a while and staff passed by and got no service she still insisted we move. Terrible service

Waited for the hostess arrive and didn’t let my kid sit at the bar and he wasn’t going to order any drinks just eat.

Taco bell would have been tasted better and they would have not tried to poison me with onions when told to not put them on the food. Also I got more quantities of foot in my lunches in 4th grade.
