We took a chance with no reservation on a Thursday lunchtime and were seated in a few minutes. The cafe has several dining areas, which makes it intimate. The interior is lovely (very Nordic). The menu offers some delicious options - I had a veal bratwurst with apples and the split pea soup. The soup was AMAZING. My partner had the burger which was also very good. Outside the immediate Duluth area, but a great location on the waterfront. The decor was clean and classy, while the food was amazing. Our server (Laura) took incredible care of us and shared a few laughs.\n\nYou'll probably want to call for a reservation. There is a great outdoor waiting area if the weather is nice.
Fantastic meal at this most charming restaurant. We all had different items and each one of us loved every bite. \nUnique and perfect food! Not at all\nodd but definitely interesting. \nBeautiful decor, attentive and friendly service and lovely presentation. Just top notch all the way.
