Despite being staffed with a small skeleton crew, the team at Noodles & Company was working hard and staying impressively organized. They were juggling a steady stream of online and in-house orders, yet they remained focused and efficient.
I chose this spot specifically for their gluten-free options, and I wasn’t disappointed—the food was fresh and delicious. Even with the Dinner rush, I didn’t have to wait long for my order.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the dining area. Two stars for atmoshohere due to tables needed wiping, the floors could’ve used a sweep, and the beverage station needed a restock. That said, with only three employees handling everything, it’s understandable. They were clearly doing their best under pressure.
All in all, a solid experience with great food and commendable effort from the team. I’d come back again.

I got the spicy Korean noodles with steak even though I wanted the Chipotle chicken cavatapi (which looks so good!) Because I'm getting over a cold. It wasn't too spicy, but it was enough to really clear a gal up. My son got the Mac and cheese and was ecstatic that he could get a rice crispy treat. Arili was a total sweetheart and helped me decide on the dishes we got. We even got a free rice crispy for submitting the survey!

Wheelchair accessibility: In the mall and both entrance appear wheelchair accessible the seating area also appears wheelchair accessible. I don’t have a disability that requires a wheelchair so I could be wrong about this.
Ate at the Miller Hill Mall. Went the first attempt and was told we'd have to wait 20 minutes due to a big order. Waited and was again told it would be another 15. There were 3 people in line at the time. Decided to leave. Staffing issues.

Food was great, but when it comes to my personal safety i don’t know if i will ever return. I went in days ago and it was raining, I walked in to grab me and my husband’s mobile order, when i slipped and fell onto a table and the table fell with me. I hit my head, my knee and I landed on my hand wrong. I was NOT spoken to by any staff, no staff saw it, and most importantly there was NO wet floor sign present. If this store cares about the safety of their customers, they would do more to keep the lobby safe when wet shoes come in and out. It’s been days and I’m bruised up, I have a bump still on my head. Definitely not worth getting the food for.
