I’ve been before and it’s always been fine but today it was so dirty. Nothing was clean, even food on the walls. It hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time. Employ more people. It needs a deep clean.

Do not order a delivery!! Every time I order a delivery from this location, it’s nothing but constant problems. The food always arrives 30+ minutes later than scheduled time or sometimes not even at all and the order gets canceled several hours later.

Don’t come here when it’s “dinner time”, you’ll have to wait 15-20minutes just to order when there’s no line. But you can “order online”? and then when you walk in the door and walk in line, Just have the kitchen staff behind the counter shake their head at you. Happened to us 2 days in a row trying to come here.

The food was good. A little more expensive than I was hoping for a small serving but the flavor made it worth it. I recommend the Pad Thai with chicken.

Really is just okay. Portion for a regular size entree was really small, not even half of the container they use was full. The add ons quickly add up. Just meh.

Trashes were overflowing, service at the counter wouldn’t assist us. Said it was too busy and they were only taking mobile orders. The man in the back who I assume was the manager heard us and didn’t acknowledge us at all and seemed very curt and rude to the staff.Can’t rank the food because we didn’t get any but won’t be trying to do so again in the future. For being so “busy” every other restaurant in the mall by was open and serving normally. There was also nearly nobody in the store itself, (probably because they weren’t taking customers) but how is that busy then?Most of the staff seemed fine but it was apparent they didn’t want to be there. Ultimately I think this reflects a a failure of the management more than anything else.
