Noah was the perfect server. Gave us exactly what we needed. Had information on all the food. And never bothered us. He was super and made sure we were satisfied. The food took me back to the 90s pizza parlors. The dough was amazing, the Italian nachos were to die for. All in all we were 100% satisfied all around

Average dining experience. Decor and such are a bit outdated and unclean, but nothing gross. Just an older building!
Food wasn't bad, very middle of the road. I got a burger with fries, solid! Nothing to write home about but overall a decent experience. I did also try their Thai Pizza, that was rather good! I'd recommend that over the burger.

We stopped for (what we thought would be) a quick dinner last night and would not recommend. We only waited about 20 minutes for a table, but then over 30 minutes for waters and an additional almost 90 min for our food. We ordered one regular pizza, one order of wings, and 2 personal pizzas-so nothing that should take too long. We asked for an update after 45 min and our server said we should be next up. Clearly not the case as many people around us came in after us but were served their food much quicker. The wings (all 4 of them for $12😅) and pizza arrived cold. Not sure if she forgot to put our order in or what but there was no apology, discount, etc.
2.5 hours for a couple cold pizzas is crazy! Just head somewhere else..

The server ruined the experience. And it was just our server. We ended up asking other servers to check on our server after she took our drink orders and disappeared for over 30 minutes - not even bothering to bring us water. We had 3 kiddos getting thirsty. She returned and did not seem with it and acted as if nothing strange had happened. And she brought 3 waters for 7 adults. Then had to disappear again to get more waters and brought 2 more. The beers we ordered took 45 minutes. The other waitstaff looked hard at work and serving their customers so our horrible service was limited to our server.

Went here specifically because it has a lot of tvs during Vikings' game. The food was ok, with a big portion on spaghetti and meatballs.

The atmosphere is great but the service was slow and the food (pizza) was very poor. If you like dry pizza (no sauce) then this pizza is for you. The veggies are very large on the pizza. Overall the pizza was poorly made.

The waitress was exceptional. We had a party of 14 and she handled it with no difficulty. She was friendly and timely. Food was very good and prices reasonable.

On the way home to Mpls from the North Shore we stopped in Duluth to spend a few hours in Canal Park. While there we meandered into Old Chicago and decided to have lunch...so happy we did! We had the great pleasure of having Dakota as our waitress. She was simply delightful! We ordered the deep dish Chicago 7 and devoured it. The crust was light, buttery and full of flavor. So good! Thanks Dakota and staff for making our experience so wonderful. It seems less common these days to have exceptional service, but you made us feel like family. Bravo!

I can't fathomn how they get 4 stars when it takes 2 hours and counting to get your food.
I can’t leave a review about the food because we didn’t see a server 25mins on a Sunday at 9pm with maybe 4 other tables. I was bummed too their menu looked good. We ended up walking out at 9:30.

We went to the Old Chicago for the first time. The menu is quite extensive, but we wanted a medium size thin crust pizza for a party of two. That is not an option. Its either a personal pizza or large. In my opinion, the pizza was average, not thin , very doughy. We ended up tossing half. First and last time for Old Chicago.
