Ordered online. It was pretty busy which is fine but while I was waiting 5 people ordered in person and got their orders finished.Finally had to talk to staff and they had to look through a pile of receipts to find it. Pretty frustrating usually you just come in and pick it up or wait just a few minutes. Not interested in coming back to this location.

I have always had fast service and great food. But today I really wanted to give a big shout out the the crew working tonight 10/31/23.I ordered online and walked in for my pizza and it was a mad house. There was a line nearly out the door, I was told to talk to the guy in orange and he would get my order set to go. I placed my order and waited. The line never stopped growing but all the employees were working quickly and efficiently no one was angry or worked up. I ended up waiting almost 1hr for my pizza but it was made correct and was a nice looking pizza.Having spent a few years in the fast food industry I know what it's like to be absolutely slammed and the stress it can bring. I saw none of that here even with the pissed and cranky customers. Kudos to these employees on a job well done.

I stopped by late on Sunday 2/26/2023 and the staff were very gracious made me a great pizza told me how many visits I needed for next reward. All of this after they had basically had cleaned up the line. GREAT JOB THANK YOU!!!

Would love to see some different type of pizzas like some stuffed cheesey pizza or something other wise I like
Lame - The kids working here lock up before closing time. Even if you get here before 8 (and are driving from a long distance like I was just to get pizza), don't expect them to be open. Oh, they leave the lights on until 8, but the whole store is cleaned up. 8pm rolls around, they shut off the lights, and everyone is out within 30 seconds. Guess they want to get home early rather than serve customers.

Normally I would give 5 stars- but got a pizza today the was a disaster. Made this pizza dozens of times- perfection. This pizza had such a thin/sketchy crush that when we tried to slide it off the baking plate it collapsed and made a huge smoking mess of our oven. Not what you want the night before Thanksgiving.

Best pizza ever really recommend workers are nice and treat you well they took time on my pizza put the perfect amount of everything on it 10/10 service and pizza was great especially this one worker Ryan he makes my pizza perfect every time !!
